I just witnessed two employees of this company catcalling and verbally harassing a young woman on a downtown street today as they were walking back to their truck. I am shocked and appalled that this is how Ace Delivery & Moving Inc employees conduct themselves. They and the company they work for should be ashamed. Avoid this company.

Hank never did call me, but my husband and I went in today. We talked to Hank and he had no trouble reimbursing us for having the bed cleaned, but he refused to pay the 60 cents/​lb. insurance on our two broken items. I don’t understand what all the fuss is about if it would just be a few dollars. .. whatever. I was more concerned about the $ 50 for the bed cleaning, and I’m glad we at least got that. Luckily, we didn’t have to deal with Carlos.
Hank even remembered that I was taking the bar and wished me luck. He seems okay (except for never calling back), but the whole experience just leaves me with such a bad taste in my mouth, I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
