I’m a United Club member, but I noticed on the sign that they welcome most other clubs members. The place is very clean and the staff friendly. The Starbucks machine is awesome, United needs to take note of this! Next time I come through Anchorage I’ll be visiting again.

If you are a member of any other club, they will take you in. There is a 3 drink max but the food and coffee isn’t too terrible. The view is beautiful and the staff are kind and professional. They understand delays and the constant feeling of the perpetual time loss. Yes, the airport has other options, but if you’re a member just come here to get away for a bit.

Not bad! If you don’t want to haggle over a power outlet(you know, since most people hog them at the terminal) If you have access to this place(lounge club access card, priority, or the like, etc), then I say go for it. This place is a nice, quiet, peaceful little lounge where you can unwind, become giddy over the soda fountain machine, the cookies, fresh fruit and other amenities. There are plenty of outlets and seating too! Near the snack bar there is a lovely view of the runway and it is quite nice to just sit by the high top tables and tale in the airport runway scenery. There’s also a conference room and little desks where you can work on stuff at the far end of the lounge. If you’re looking for a nice drink they have a decent stocked bar with beer too but you’ll have to pay out of pocket for these drinks :-) I recommend this lounge to anyone looking for a quiet setting. Just make sure to pay attention to the time, because you won’t hear those repetitive gate announcements in here ;-) The ladies that work here are very kind and cordial and made us feel very welcome.

Pretty pathetic as airline lounges goes, snacks are paltry, the banana but muffin grossly over sweetened, a day membership is currently at USD45. I would recommend keep the money and and give a pass visiting here.

Limit to three comp beers? Should be four for lite beers. Friendly staff and great view. Comfy seats. Great place to relax before the dreaded red Eee.

Great executive lounge, that is part of the Priority Pass network of airport VIP lounges. The amenities that are need pre-boarding are all here: –Power outlets to power up before flight –Wifi to check messages –Quiet lounge –Comfortable seating –Beverages, both alcoholic and non –Snack In regards to the snack, I entered the lounge at around 12 p.m. so the snacks available were limited(chips and salsa as well as cookies).

Located near Gate C1, it’s a small retreat within the Anchorage airport. The facility was not as big as Sea-Tac’s two-story Board Room, but had enough room to not feel crowded or cramped. The complimentary light meals and drinks were enough to get me through a short flight. The food options were better than some other U.S. airline lounges I’ve been to with one hot soup option, a mixed salad with choice of dressing, small muffins, and crackers. Not bad. To drink, there was a self-serve espresso machine(same one as the other Alaska Airlines Board Room lounges), a self-serve soda machine, and a tiny bar(if you would even call it that, more like an counter window to order a drink from). It was nice that there were plenty of to-go cups. I made sure to take a drink with me for the plane ride. I sat in one of the many oversized chairs in the middle of the room and waited for my flight to board. It was comfortable, quiet and relaxing.

In general, the amenities of most US domestic airline lounges pale in comparison to those of international carriers. Sure, some have a decent view and there are usually places to sit with a laptop and they have free wifi. Alaska’s Board Room in Anchorage has all of those things. They also have a pancake machine in the morning and a soup urn in the evening. Plus a decent selection of Alaskan Brewing Company beers, including Amber and White Ale. Plenty of seating area and a few ottomans that can be shifted around for comfort. I actually managed to doze off for a half hour. Yay! I can’t tell you much about the view — it was dark both times I was here. ;-) Delta Sky Club members may access the Board Room if they are flying either Delta or Alaska. United Club members, if they are flying United or Alaska. I don’t know about US Air Club or American Admirals Lounge members.
