I love my nails… always quick and always look great… everyone has different tastes … I like what made me happy!

Waste of money! I got a «spa» pedicure and manicure and it took only 30 minutes for both. I have had tons of spa pedicures and they include special treatments and a massage. That’s not the case here. The guy rushed the whole time. $ 40 for basically getting my feet wet and polish! Ridiculous! I will not be back!

Made an appointment for my twin granddaughters and myself for pedicures. I paid $ 105 for three «spa» pedicures. From start to finish the three of us were there for 25 minutes. I’ve had many, many pedicures in my life. A spa pedicure includes special skin treatments for feet and lower legs. Also a nice massage. It’s impossible to do in 20 minutes. I feel it was a rip-​off and won’t go back. I have callouses on my 72-​year old toes and he didn’t even use a pumice stone. I have red toenails but otherwise you cannot tell I’ve had a $ 30+ pedicure!

Wish I could give less than one star.
Walked in, the «nail tech» had her dirty bare feet ON the area where customers put their hands for support on the black vinyl pillow cushions. She was slouched sitting in the clients chair like a slug
I would have left right there, but needed a torn nail fixed, so proceeded by avoiding putting my hands/​arms on the hand support.
She tore off my existing acrylic, damaging my nails and started to superglue my torn nail.
At this point I took my hand away, said «never mind» and she asked «what do you want!» Which had been in heavy repetition… in the one minute I was at down.
Her overall feel was rough, she grabbed my hand and was hasty and rude in her tone and overall touch.
As I left, she said a loud curse in Vietnamese. I’m half Vietnamese and know a few words…
I’m visiting the area and my mother in law lives here, and told me that she went here once, only to be overcharged and having them do a sloppy job. So she decided never to go again.
In addition, their practices are not sanitary. Feet on the cushion support for customers? Disgusting!
This place was dead when I went in, and I now know why.
Clearly, this nail tech hates her job and her life. So The last thing I will do is let that dampen my day. :)
Anywho…this place is the rudest, dirtiest, most disgusting nail places I’ve ever experienced.
But I did not get mad, because it’s not worth my energy.
I’ve been to plenty of asian nail salons where it is nice and clean.
I’m thankful to have Unilocal,and to be able to help others avoid this horrible place.
GOODLUCK you sh***y salon. I’m sure you’ll be out of business soon and you deserve it. Shame on you for treating people like this.

The service in this place has really gone downhill. Went in to have my nails taken off which should have cost $ 10 they did not soak them off they ripped them off Then charged me $ 20 for a mani that there was no lotion no massage no polish nothing used just ripped off nails making my fingers very sore. They are in such a hurry to push people through that their customer service is crap they do stuff and charge you more at the end VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MAN AND VIVIAN

Not sure why my review was not posted I’m about to call the BBB I will never let someone treat me the way the older man treated me I should have walked out when he first ask me what I wanted. really ??? What a rude unprofessional mean man… Never ever will I go back there. my middle finger is cut and hurting, the gel polish looks like I did it myself without glasses on… He pulled and jerked my hands snapped at me many times and wouldn’t stay off his phone he was fighting with h

Went in for pedicure and manicure and the lady filed my nails unevenly and did not even apply the foundation for the gel polish, asked for a certain color and got another color. Horrible service.

Pushy. Tired of being pushed into upgrades. Confusing. Paid for the upgraded spa pedi and it was no different than usual. Felt rushed.

Very rushed, no conversation other than her trying to upsell all services, towels smelled like mildew, nails cur way too short on perdicure and hardly any work done on my heels (which I really needed!), polish left on my toes… I could go on! Don’t waste your time and hard-​earned money here.

Nails Lifted. Were not filed right. The man cut me. I should have taken the hint when no one was there. will NEVER go there again.

Very rushed experience. There was probably a reason why there was no wait at all. I came in for gel polish and was in and out in 15 minutes or less. No frills, little to no conversation (not that I was expecting anything different) so I wasn’t let down with the interaction… Except that my gel polish (which is suppose to hold up and last much longer) started chipping in 3 days. I was pretty let down with the quality. They last longer when I paint them myself and save $ 25.00.

Stopped in last minute for a pedicure. I am from out of town and this was the first place I saw open on a Sunday. Pleasant demeanors and no wait time. Opted for spa pedicure. The guy was super quick and efficient. Could have spent a little more time rubbing my feet. Was a bit rough with cuticle pusher. Perhaps not so rough nail files and nail brush. Overall not terrible, price seems pretty reasonable and comparable to my home town in the Bay Area.

Very rude and unprofessional. I came in to turn in a resume and was told they don’t hire «my kind» and to «go away». I was appalled… I’m filing a complaint with the BBB as we speak.

I have been to this place several times for pedicures. They always used to be $ 25 until about the last year and you can upgrade for an extra $ 5, but I have discovered that the extra $ 5 doesn’t seem worth it, so I told the male that was doing my pedicure that I just wanted the basic for $ 25…well, that seemed to set the whole tone for attitude from then on out. While he did a good job with the pedicure, I was made to feel very uncomfortable for not chosing the upgrade. I have been going here for four years and don’t think I will be back.

I had my old set removed and a new gel set put on. My only issue was that I was there for an hour because the young girl doing my nails kept getting caught up in the soap that was on the tv. Also, the male that works there was sitting in a chair with his shoes off and his feet up on a counter. They used freshly sanitized utensils and trimmed my cuticles and even did a little hand massage. Overall a good experience and I will go back. Just wish I had spoken up more about the tv watching.
