First clue that should of sent us packing was the bottle of hot sauce on the table with mold in and outside of the bottle. Took at lease an hour to get our food. The staff kept saying they got hit at once. There is probably not more than 12 tables and they were not all full. When the food came, my meal was wrong, even tho the manager was standing right next to our waitress when she took it. Another waitress came by and said she would take it back, We had waited long enough and I did not want to take the chance of waiting another 45 minutes. Nothing had much taste at all. When we went to pay the manager asked how everything was. We told him and he had no response at all. I really did not expect a response since I had heard him tell a table before us «Don’t bother to come back.» I like to support small business, just not this one again.

Overall a decent breakfast. The waiters and owner are very friendly and the restaurant is what’s expected. Nothing fancy, decently priced and smoke free.
The one thing I took a star away for is the hash browns. They were not seasoned and overall flavorless. Could use some seasoning salt or something to give it flavor!
If you’re looking for a breakfast spot on the go, I would recommend.

Know how to satisfy the picky eaters of the world… ME
I told waitress what I wanted and how I wanted it, since it wasn’t on menu.
10ish minutes later our plates came out with exactly what we ordered,
A few bites in, the Chef arrives at table to check in. Wanted to know if it was exactly to my liking.
I had to respond with «PERFECT MEAL» thank you very much.
She came back and visited a few minutes after we were done. I am so glad she is no longer at Hoosier Park.
I can enjoy meals here much better and at awesome prices.
Don’t see exactly what you want on menu, just ask. I am sure they will do their best to accommodate most if not all requests.

Amazing food! Small standard breakfast menu, but food excellent. Biscuits and gravy sooo good. Made with sage sausage for an extremely flavorful gravy. Corned beef has fresh homemade. The best.. .fried corn mush. Thick slices, crisp on outside, soft in middle, perfect. Will be back frequently. Prices reasonable. Could easily have full breakfast for $ 6 – 7. Different breakfast specials daily. Pumpkin bread french toast today. Homemade peach and strawberry pie. Can’t beat it
