Buckskin is an incredible addition to Anderson. The outdoor seating is so limited in this town and highly desired by the residents. So Buckskin knew what they were doing when they put in their deck and garage door. It’s not just a bike shop. They have coffee. Delicious handcrafted lattes and espresso drinks. Ben (the guy with the dreads and the owner) is super helpful. My dad is an avid cyclist — Ben was able to get him parts, assist in repairs and make suggestions. Ben was also able to explain in simple terms what bike would be best for this rookie. He loves the city of Anderson and works hard to help the community.

Great bike shop, filled with new, used, and retro bikes. Awesome accessories and gear on site with tons of options to order if you want something they don’t have in store. Ben and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic about bikes and the community. Teaching families and individuals how to tune their own bikes, leading group rides and educating the public on shared roads.
Our family has been slowly adding to and improving our bikes and gear since we met Ben. I imagine this is a shop my family will continue using as our needs change. If you can’t tell, I’m a fan!

Well we did not end up purchasing a bike from here. That was only due to finances at the time. The owner is very nice and is a wealth of information about bicycling.
