I used this business to send flowers. I used the online option to place my order but followed up my order with a call to the florist. The person who helped me knew the details of my order and even realized the delivery location I provided was incorrect and fixed it before I called. In my opinion that is exceptional service. I am confident that my order will arrive on time and be exactly what I paid for.

Call first. Website Hours say open until 5:00, it is 3:25 and the store is closed. Unilocal says open until 5:00. No hours posted on the door or windows.

We have used Toles for years. I placed an online order. I got a call today from the florist telling me that the order would be almost $ 20 more than the original price. why I asked? They are not honoring the information on the website. The delivery fee is double what the website says and there is a minimum $ amount –which is not mentioned on the website. When I pointed out what the website says, she told me «I guess that needs to be changed», not that they would honor the website prices and have it changed. Seriously disappointed in the customer service from this well established florist.

I ordered flowers thru FTD, com and Toles florist is who fulfilled the order. I ordered an all rose arrangement. What was delivered to the funeral home was almost all carnations, lilies, fern fronds with just a few roses. What they delivered would have been HALF the price point of what I ordered due to the cheaper flowers used. I am so disappointed that I picked out a really elegant looking arrangement and they sent something so cheap(ugly) looking.
