Being a fan of the build-your-own frozen yogurt places that I’ve grown accustom to living in Michigan, it was exciting to hear that my hometown in Indiana finally got one. Chill Cherry moved into the old Taco Bell building on Scatterfield. They attempted to do away with the Taco Bell look with paint and glitter and light fixtures — but it isn’t great. The best part of the décor is the pretty tiled wall where the yogurt machines are. There are a decent number of frozen yogurt machines, offering a variety of flavors. Like other yogurt places like this, each machine offers 2 flavors and the handle in the middle will give you a swirl of the two. I decided to try both the Cupcake and White Chocolate Mousse frozen yogurt on my first trip.(See the picture I uploaded.) The toppings bar is decent, but underwhelming compared to the shop that I’m used to going to where I live now. Good prices. You load up your dish with yogurt and toppings and pay by weight. My family and I enjoyed this cold treat on a hot evening.
