I went here as a last resort on a Saturday, they make you pay before you go back but it was wonderful up until the point that they took me back to the room. I had about 4 different dental assistants each one came in and did something different.
After getting 6 shots and waiting 15 – 20 minutes for my mouth to go numb, I realized that i still wasn’t numb. That’s when the «dentist» came in. He didn’t introduce himself, he asked if I was numb, I said no and then he grabbed my mouth and opened it.
I don’t appreciate people grabbing me so I pulled back and he got very rude and said
«I have to give you another shot, now open your mouth»
After I finally went numb he came back in and proceeded to grab my mouth again. He became very rude and told me to open my mouth.
I have anxiety anyways and being there made it worse so like any grown up, I cried and he told me he refused to pull my tooth without gas. He then said he was going to fill my cavities while on the gas and I told him no, he said but they need to be filled and I told him it could wait and he refused to take no for an answer.
I told him no gas and he got even ruder, at this point the DAs were still friendly
but then the dentist got mean and I told him exactly what I thought at that point.
and the assistants were still friendly up until I asked for my money back. Then they became rude and cold and tried to persuade me to get my tooth pulled still.
needless to say I took my antibiotic prescription from them and left with my tooth still in.
horrible staff
should not be I’m business.
