Honest, friendly and knows what he is doing. I had him replace the lower ball joints on my Mercedes in my limited space garage and he did great! ME, being a former ASE Certified Mechanic AND a Retired Snap On Tool Dealer would definitely recommend his service.

When my check engine light came on as I was approaching Redding on my drive to Washington, I called every mechanic whose number I could find. None of them was open. But this guy answered, met me at his shop, found the problem, put in place a temporary fix to get me back on the road, and did it all for an extremely reasonable fee. I was very happy with the result. A+!

I went to Redding and my AC quit working. I called Jay’s and he came to check my AC.
I had a leak and he repaired my car. The price was great and I was able to drive home in a cooled car. The servic was professional and Curtious. I would highly recommend Jays’s Modified Motors.
