Kids too busy on their phones to take an order. Then very slow, comparatively, in getting the order out.

This Jimmy John’s for some reason won’t deliver to my neighborhood, even though it’s only about 3.5 miles away. Since the JJ in all my previous towns have a radius of 5 miles, this seemed arbitrary. Like they just don’t feel like it. I’ll probably never end up eating there, since delivery is their biggest selling point.

I travel for work and eat at a jimmy johns at least 4 times a month. This was the worst one I have been too. Music was too loud or I am getting more hard of hearing but I could barely understand the guy taking my order. I ordered a slim. Was not asked if I wanted stuff on it or not. Bread was hard. Like over cooked hard. 2 other customers who got take out came back and complained about the bread. While I know it is 2015. Staff behind the counter need to dress more appropriately. Jeans hanging below your cheeks and your boxers showing is not appealing to me. Then what really got me, kid scratched his backside with no gloves on and started to prepare a sandwich. Doesn’t anyone think anymore?

Subs are pretty good here. A lot better than Subway. Nice people and clean inside. Could do away with the funky music though.
