Nice friendly staff. Decent coffee with smooth finish. I think the Carmel Mocha is pretty decent as well. Will definitely come back…

Excellent customer service. The employees recommended drinks and flavors that were absolutely delicious. We got a passion fruit peach infused Red Bull, a creamy pumpkin frappé and a iced pumpkin latte that were all AMAZING!

I love this place! Adorable building & seating area, it just looks like a cozy cottage, very Hansel-n-Gretel-ish. My orders have always been correctly made as well as great tasting! The baristas have been nice, efficient, and willing to chat about their process. Most of the popular chains sell & serve burnt-to-a-crisp coffee beans & drinks, and the baristas there don’t know a thing about the beans, the process, quality level, just nothing! It’s sad really. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still go to the coffee chains, but you gotta have the mixed stuff, mochas n lattes with tons of flavoring to mask the nasty. This little shop is different… they buy & serve high quality, non-burnt, high caffeine content, great tasting coffee that doesn’t need to be masked. I’m a total coffee lover, and it’s an added bonus if they roast their own beans; I dabble in roasting at home, so that’s def righteous by me.

This place has went so far downhill it’s not even funny. If I could rate no stars I would. The people who own it are snoody and rude. They can’t keep a consistent set of staff so that basically confirms that they are not good people to work for. I sat and waited at the drive thru window for ten minutes wanting… Scratch that, NEEDING caffeine, and a girl finally came up to the window and was RUDE rather than apologetic. I’ll drive the extra few miles to hit up java jolt or a different local coffee shop these days for my caffeine.

Great service and coffee but due to the company allowing a school to do a carwash during a statewide emergency drought. Ill be going elsewhere and telling my neighbors, family and friends go somewhere else where they arent exasperating the states little bit of water we have left. Shame on the company and school theres other things that can be done to raise money.

This place was such a disappointment. Ordered a mocha that tasted like chocolate milk. Too sweet with no detectable coffee flavor.

Great friendly service! Great flavor in their coffee, doesn’t taste burnt. Went by once to get a friend of mine a coffee, he drinks the brand DB, so I got him a drink that was a close as I could get to DB& he loved it more than his regular!!! Straight dark roast black coffee $ 2!!! Better than all the big franchise coffee houses & helps support local merchants.

great people, organic coffees! and they are very tolerant of my specific order. I go out of my way to visit them instead of the ‘chains’

Best coffee ever. I used to like dutch bros but I have defiantly been converted. I never get coffee any where else. There blended frappes are to die for. They are so smooth and creamy! I Have tried them all. The butter finger is soooo good if you like peanut butter. I have gotten cups of water for my daughter before with no charge so I am not sure what the other poster is refuting to.

Just bought a delicious $ 4 cup of coffee and also asked for a cup of water. Paying a dollar for a cup of water(while purchasing a $ 4 beverage) really left a sour taste in my mouth. 10 or 25 cents to cover the cost of the cup is reasonable, but a dollar? I could get a bottle of spring water for that price. Just doesn’t seem customer friendly to me…

Good coffee, and Burning Man friendly! I found this place randomly when I was getting gasoline in Anderson, and I’ll definitely come here again next time I’m driving along I-5. Check-out their Black Rock City street sign for«7:30& Jerusalem.»
