Starbucks

Very slow! There is friendly service. Minus one really rude lady! Not sure if I’ll return!

I love Starbucks but this one is not the best. Some employees are nice but there is one lady who is very rude. Aside from that be warned that they are very slow! I’ve spend up to 20 minutes in the drive through line! If you’re on your way to work, 20 minutes is not ideal!!!

Bathroom is worse than a truck stop.
Help is slower than a wounded turtle.
Someone please help them.

I go here whenever we are visiting our family that live in this area. The employees are always friendly and always get our orders right.

The drinks were okay.
Service was terrible. Our order was wrong — the barista couldn’t figure out a common Frappuccino? And my Starbucks Reward confused him.
Bathrooms weren’t as clean as the rest areas. A rather low bar, I think.
Other than that… it’s convenient for needed caffeine on road trips.

I was excited to go to Starbucks but when I met the employee I didn’t even want my Starbucks anymore. The employee was outright rude and when I asked for another cup she basically threw it onto the table! Wow! Super good service! I would never come back here lol

I live in the land of Starbucks and I can say, without a doubt, this specific location is absolutely horrendous. The drive through takes an abundance of time, the inside store is always dirty, and service is slow inside as well. I would be very interested in seeing their monthly reports and comparing them to other stores. I guess there’s a reason it’s in the Wal-​Mart parking lot…
If you’re a fan of not wasting your time, go elsewhere if you can. This Starbucks location really comes in sub par. Sorry Howard.

Starbucks Coffee is always great, of the approximately 1000 Starbucks I have been to, the one in Anderson, CA has very friendly employees. With that said, on the several occasions I have been in this coffee shop, the service has always been a little slow. Waiting 10 minutes for an Americano, really? We are talking about a couple of shots of espresso and hot water, not some fancy frapp or latte type drink. The location is good, so I will be back, but I will for sure make sure I have extra time.

I love going to this Starbucks. We are regulars here. I normally never have any complaints with the service and drinks. But a few times I have come in and encountered this one employee named Kim, who is rude, unfriendly and not helpful. Not only is she rude to customers, she’s rude to her fellow coworkers. She is one of those people I see working and think, How do you have a job? I don’t know how to make a formal complaint via Starbucks website, but I am very frustrated with her service. I hope this somehow gets to a manager or corporate Starbucks, so they can deal with this employee’s unfriendly attitude.

What happened to this place? I’m a regular Starbucks customer. I have been to all the local shops even Safeway Starbucks kiosks. This is by far the MOST disorganized and slowest place I’ve ever been to when getting an order. It doesn’t matter if you go through the drive-​thru or walk in, they just don’t seem like they are completely ready for the day.
I also never seem to see the same people twice at this shop. Is this possibly a local training center for new hires?
My suggestion if you’re in Anderson for coffee and you want Starbucks… go to Safeway on Balls Ferry. They’ll do it right and quickly.

The most excellent service I’ve had in a Starbucks. Staff were friendly and even topped off our drinks and gave us some mini cherry pies. Sure they were closing and it was probably old food and coffee, but it was a nice gesture and an easy way to get me to return often. Way to go Anderson Starbucks!

Coffee tastes burnt every time! So I get hot cocoa…

Just ordered a caramel macchiato and got a caramel frappuccino instead. Then when I told them about the mix up I was given attitude. I said «I think that caramel frappuccino is for me but I asked for a caramel macchiato». She replied «you mean the vanilla bean with espresso and caramel on top»? And was kinda confused but just said «yea, the hot drink» because, hell, I don’t know how they make it. Anyway I was then given something called a caramel macchiato frappuccino (a bended drink) which I didn’t even know existed. I didn’t have the heart to tell them they got it wrong again especially after the attitude I was getting. I just took the cold drink. I just can’t believe they got it wrong. It wasn’t anything fancy I wanted, just the basic caramel macchiato on every Starbucks standard menu.

My favorite place in the morning. Great people, great coffee!
