Extremely slow service coupled with disgruntled customers. When a customer complained her fries are cold the employee looked at her with a blank stare and replied they were hot a minute ago. Then the customer in front of me complained that here sandwich didn’t have ketchup or mayo as requested again met with a blank stare borderlIne rude glare. My coffee sat on the back counter prepared and I had to ask for it and it was as if I was bothering them. In need of some serious customer service training at this McDonalds

This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen. They just spent big $$ renovating the place and management is so poor they don’t sweep the floors or service the drink station. This place is absolutely filthy. If the public area are this bad, I shudder to think what the kitchen looks like behind the wall they built so you can’t see back there any more. Steer clear!!!
