So far my boyfriend and I have gone to 3 different stores to try and get our situation handled. We bought the new ZTEMax on 2−12−15 from «yaya» at the Anderson store (thats what the name on the reciept is for who helped us) At some point of putting it in the case (which she did) the phone broke on the top right corner. So now here we are a week later and many phone calls into Metro and they’re refusing to replace the phone. She was great during the transaction, except we weren’t offered insurance. So here I am out $ 175 for a phone that wasnt even used 24 hours before the screen was not usable. The situation hasn’t completely been handled (apparently there is never a manager working there because we’ve been trying to get one since te 13^th!) and I will update my review if they actually take care of us. You’d think after less than a week and multiple trips in to metro and multiple phone calls something so silly would have been adressed. I wouldn’t recommend going to an «Authorized Dealer» if the owner can’t take care of the problems that store creates which is unfortunate because I would much rather support a local business owner than the corporate store.
