Not only will they ensure your brand new white oxford dress shirt is smeared with grease, they will not get it out of your shirt and tell you they «didn’t have enough time» to do the job right. To add to the wonderful customer experience, the owner/​manager, Mike Witt, will tell the geriatric service person he is too busy to deal with an unsatisfied customer. They also have another location, which I am sure is probably as bad as this one. You would have better luck laundering your shirt in raw sewage. How they’ve been in business since 1928 is a mystery to me. Staff and service is hot garbage after a rain storm.
