Very disappointed. Had a bad experience with one of the nail techs (sorry people, Vincent was not all that) and the owner did nothing to make it right. Just stepped in and did my nails like I had come for in the first place. No discount on service or break on any future service to entice me to come back. Had that been done, I wouldn’t be writing this review. Needless to say I will not be going back and would not recommend Pretty Nails to anyone. Staff is not very friendly either.

It is once again time for me to go see my other man that knows my pampered needs… VINCENT. I have to brag in him because he is the best nail technician ever and I will never let another touch my nails. I only have to see him once a month because he knows what he is doing and doesn’t act stuck up like all the others. He is entertaining as well as thorough. If you have any kind of problems he can help you out!!! I nominate VINCENT as the best nail technician ever

Vincent is the best nail «doctor» in the world. If you have problem nails like I do, Vincent is the person for you. When I first came to Vincent, my nail bed were very damaged. I trusted Vincent and let him use his techniques to build up my nail bed. Vincent also recommended the gel polish. Now, my nail beds are healthy and due to the awesome job Vincent does, I get my nails once a month! He is the only person I trust with my nails. Additionally, Pretty Nails has remodeled. The inside of the salon is like a spa. Ask for Vincent at Pretty Nails. You will not be sorry and your nails will thank you! Awesome job, awesome price. Very Professional.
