There were plumbing and scent issues with the room we had for a 2 night stay. While the room was advertised as a non-smoking room the smell the cigarette smoke was prevalent. The water flow in the shower was poor. During the 2 night stays we were awaken by a large banging noise due to a plumbing issue in another room. When we discussed the issue with the general manager he indicated that they knew about the issue but had not had time to address the issue. When we attempted to call the front desk in the middle of the night we found that the phone did not work. When we talked to the front desk staff about the concerns we were told that the general manager would follow up. After 3 days we called the general manager to discuss the issues. His initial response was that there was nothing that he could do for us because we had already checked out. He finally offered to refund $ 20 for a $ 250 bill. After further discussion, he consented to refund $ 40. After 3 weeks we did not receive the refund. When we called back about the refund he indicated he had lost our address. We provided the address and he committed to sending the check. It has been almost 8 weeks now and we have not received a refund.
