Very poor representation of a starbucks! The baristas were very unprofessional, wrinkled white shirt, no aprons and no name tags! When I asked where their nametags were I was laughed off and told that she lost it somewhere along the way???
The facilities were clean and organized. Not so of the attitudes or work ethic, it took around 12? mins to make my drink, 3V8 pump TNL w/​whip! There was a lot of conversing, and complaining amongst the staff, and when I stood up at the counter, someone was able to get my drink finished! The store wasn’t overly busy, we were the only walkin for 10 mins. Drive they was 2 – 3 cars deep!
Basically for a starbucks, this was a disappointment!

I wish I didn’t have to post such a negative review… I love Starbucks for their consistency, but this has got to be the worst Starbucks that I have been to. It took SO long to get my beverages, and other people were walking out because of the time. In addition, the two people making drinks were so sloppy about every drink they made, and their work station was so gross. They were nice, but man they need some improvement.

Shitty! They are supposed to make your drink special and they flat out refused. I asked for a twix frapp and they wouldn’t make it! Incredibly slow service as well, almost as bad as the one in Clemson, but not quite. Staff is snippy and occasionally rude. If you want a good coffee with friendly staff, go to the Starbucks in the Ingles at Clemson!!! Did not go light on the ice either. :(

Can’t EVER get my coffee right! How can it possibly be so difficult to make a simple cup of coffee? They also do not ever stir up my coffee. There always very friendly, or I would’ve given them one star.

Good coffee and comfy chairs, but was it COLD! It was 54 outside, but the air was still on!
In this location, the baristas seemed a bit complacent, as well. In the 25 minutes my husband was in line, he noticed a fly in the pastry cabinet landing on the danish. He brought it to the Baristas attention, but says it was still there when he took our daughter through the line 15 minutes after. Yuck!

I go to this Starbucks a few times a week. The staff is great, super fast, friendly, and keep the store clean. I dropped my coffee like a klutz and they mopped it up and gave me a new one without a hesitation.

I just stopped into this location on my way to Mississippi and had the best experience! The guy in the drive thru was so nice and helpful. He recommended a grande double shot on ice with vanilla and cream and it was great! He even recommended a specific way to drink it. I have never had a better experience at Starbucks! That guys definitely deserves a raise!

It’s Starbucks! it is up to the standards of your regular Starbucks. The only complaint is that the interior design wastes valuable space in my opinion, the drive thru is good, the baristas are awesome, and in general it is a good location.

This location has terrible service. Long wait times. We were trapped in the drive through line for 30 min. If I had been in a truck I would have driven over the curb and through the grass.
