Without a doubt not just the worst experience I have had by a wireless store, probably the worst experience I have ever had walking into a retail store in my LIFE! They are the least helpful and could care less to assist you on any thing that you need. Without going into to great a detail. They are not willing to take ownership for the company they represent. They are a shameful excuse for a wireless store and their treatment toward me was horrific. SKIPTHISSTORE… I wasn’t ready to cancel with Verizon until after my interaction with this location.

Poor service and they will not accept accountability for what they do. They failed to recommend a phone replacement under the insurance plan it was covered under. Had to purchase new phone at full price. I will not renew service with Verizon again.

Poor service once again. You check in and wait wait and wait. While employees are playing with toys and other are being served out of line. One can see waiting for phone service setup or purchases but you can’t even purchases a pariffial power cord without a 45 min. wait.

Can I give less than 1star? Check in, wait, wait, wait, wait, etc… Meanwhile employees are trying to sell some elderly lady a lifeproof case for her phone in case she drops it into the ocean or some nonsense. There needs to be a queue for account issues and one for sales.

Backwards. This location is backwards. I received attitude from«Doiline». I then walked away from her and told another staff member at the front of my experience, all I received was«okay». That’s it. Nothing else. No, «I’m sorry», nothing. I then proceed to the front to ask if we were going to get any help. We then wait another 20 minutes with no updates whatsoever. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I had no issue with waiting, it was the lack of communication and then attitude from another. After approaching management again and letting them know about my experience again and the lack of communication that existed, the woman just walked away from me without saying anything and got a manager. Manager came out from the back who hardly said anything to us. Overall, we left there being assisted with what we needed, but it was an experience that will never take me back there.
