Sy the Verizon Guy helped me the other day while I was trying to set up a replacement phone.
He and the young lady in there were extremely personable and professional. They are very efficient and were able to clear up every question I had. While I was there, a couple of other people came in and had some basic questions answered.
I was super impressed because the young lady helped solve their painfully obvious problem, but was so polite and patient and VERY understanding. Some «tech» types can be slightly condescending at times. NOT this Store. will visit again.

The Verizon store in Anderson, CA is an awesome business. The two employees, Stephenie and Ali are two of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever met. I have followed them from Redding California now down into Anderson California. Walking into their store is such a friendly and beautiful environment I highly recommend everyone to come to this Verizon store in Anderson.

Super fantastic experience! Stephanie Ali and Sy are out of this world amazing representatives for Verizon. I originally came out to see Stephanie because she is just is a rock star when it comes to anything I need to do with my samsung s5!
