Yuck, yuck and more yuck.
The food is mediocre at best. Tried bringing the family there and even the 3-​year old was «blah» about the burger. No clue how this place gets good reviews.

I moved into the neighborhood just over 1 year ago. Have dined in about 10 times. Food is decent BUT the wait staff pays no attention to customers. 10 – 15 minutes of waiting and not even a glance. Every single time I’ve had to go find a waitress to ask to order our food. I have placed complaints on the review online… just follow the instructions on the bottom of the receipt. I would be a regular if they offered faster attentive service to my party.

I would love to tell you about the food. But sadly I can’t. We sat at our table for 15 minutes with no service. I went to the bar, no bartender. Perhaps a staff meeting? Don’t want to eat, just going for drinks? Don’t bother. You will have better service if you ask your significant other for a beer from your own fridge.

We just moved to the area and are looking for a great bar to hang at and was hoping this might be the place. Unfortunately the service was not great. The waitress didn’t look at us once when taking our order. The food was your average bar food. Then it took the waitress 15 minutes to come back for payment. Not a great experience at all.

Yuck!!! The boneless wings were awful and way overpriced. I think the only way this place would be half way decent was if you were drunk and didn’t know better. The area needs a nice restaurant and this is not it!

Fast service (and on a busy bingo night), and polite. Menu– good bar fair (pizza sandwiches etc.). I had a tasty wrap. Decent beer selection (better than some bars, not as good as other).

We have come to beefs multiple time with decent enough experiences. The last time we were in was a nightmare. The food and service was terrible. before the food came we finished our drinks. Our waitress walked by multiple times and never offered to get refills. This blows my mind. As a waitress you get tipped on a percentage of the check, wouldn’t you want the check to be as high as possible? a good way to do that is keep drinks in your customers hand. onto the food our party ordered steak fajitas, tacos, buyer, and buffalo chicken sandwhic. The steak fajitas were burnt so badly the onions made a «cracking» sound when bent in half. The taco meat was also burnt, hard and inedible. The Buffalo chicken. sandwhic was decent at first however there was hair between the chicken patty and bun. we were obviously dissatisfied however the waitress nor manger seemed to care. The resolution they seemed fit was to take off the chicken sandwhic from the bill. $ 75.00 later and everyone is still hungry. I wrote post to their Facebook page hoping someone would at least say «yeah we messed up give us a chance to make it right.» I guess that was wishful thinking they just deleted the post. I guess owner M****** Z**** is to busy taking care of his recent DWI to be bothered with how his restaurant operates.

The place is almost always packed and understaffed. The service is generally friendly but lacking in attention, not by fault of the staff itself, they are just all individually too busy to provide anyone their full attention.
The menu is hit and miss and I’m willing to bet they serve a brand of food that is all encompassing, like Armour Foods or similar. You know, one supplier for EVERYTHING.
The fish tacos were surprisingly good but their burgers are just frozen out of the box meat wads, «cooked till dun»…
I believe the focus of their business is the bar, and I do not fault them for that, they serve acceptable bar food and that’s that. It’s a great neighborhood place and we’ll continue to go here from time to time.
I almost wish the would drop their expansive menu and just focus on really nailing a few items.
Despite my critique of the menu, I have probably been here a dozen times and never had a bad time…

Yuck is right! Just had lunch there and my pressed Cuban sandwich was cold inside. I would have said something to the server, but they didn’t even return to the table until we were almost finished.
Been there several other times and it is pretty much that same lack of customer service every time. The only reason we went there was because it is close to home and it was definitely another poor experience. Won’t eat there again.

Nice little local pub in Andover. Can’t remember anything vegetarian on the menu so I won’t be back but a good little bar. They do bingo which can be a good time!

Order messed up. Waited an hour for food. Had to flag down waitress just to reorder a second beer after being seated for 45 minutes. Won’t return. Don’t recommend eating here.

Good people. Speedy service. Cheap drinks. What more can you ask for.

Yuck… And that’s about all I can say. The menu is too pricey for the food they drop off in front if you. I’ve been here a few times because I keep getting told by friends that it must have been an off day for the cooks. Well, either they are having an off day every time I show up, or I have better taste in food than my friends, I can assure you it’s the latter.
I ordered my last meal there when I asked for a fish and chips platter and was presented with what I can only describe as (2) Gordons fish sticks, over salted fries and a small cup of what I can only assume was an attempt at coleslaw.
Keep this place in mind if all your looking for is a place to kick back a few drinks, but be warned if you choose to eat lunch.
