I walked in and sat at the bar with 2 other people. Lunch time, very slow. The bartender saw me approach and sit down but continued on with his conversation with who I’m assuming is a regular. I waited 10 minutes to be given my beer. Overall food is what it is at bdubs. Love getting wings but the service was bad. I felt personally disrespected just because he saw me approach and still decided to ignore me until he saw fit.

Cue Thursday football night. Luckily, there wasn’t much of a wait. I was starving while my sister just wanted to watch the game. Unlucky for her, most of the screens were showing the hockey game while only two were showing the football game that she wanted to see. She ordered Caribbean jerk wings and lemon pepper wings. I got the nacho burger with pepper jack cheese, chipotle sauce, and jalapeños. Our waiter ignored us but dotted on the table behind us. It was unreal. Anyway, the food is just meh. Service was terrible. I was hungry and wanted quick food.

I have ben to other Wild Wings with both good food and service. This one is not like the others! The food was just ok, but the service was horrible. No one would check us in initially, ordering food was ok, after that they forgot about us. No drink refills and sat for nearly 20 minutes to get the bill. NEVER again!

Service was great. We sat outside and he didn’t forget about us, was friendly as well. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken salad for lunch and crunched my chips in it and it was really good. Now I’m craving it all the time.

We went to BWW for a family meal. No big deal. The person delivering the food to our table lost control of her tray and sent a cup of salad dressing flying across my daughter’s food and splatted directly all over my wife’s sweater. Maybe no big deal. But this is where businesses pass or fail. It’s an opportunity for them(and not that hard) to turn a negative into a positive. They blew it! The gal apologized. That’s fine. Then the disinterested manager came and offered a brief apology and asked if HE could do anything for US. He should have TOLD us what he would do for us to make it right. He did not. He really didn’t care, nor did he fake like he did. We weren’t about to ask for anything free-awkward! Just another day at the grind for them, far as I could tell. We got the bill and he took $ 10 bucks off-and we didn’t realize that until we got our check with no explanation or the manager checking back. I would have liked the bill comped. The money wasn’t the point. It’s the principle. They have gained plenty of revenue from our household. The topper is the COMPANY. I went to the«BWW Listens»(funny) website to complete the survey and detailed the incident. I stated I did not want to be contacted with another insincere apology(I already got that from the manager) but I did want to be contacted if they wanted to do something to delight us as patrons-so we felt valued. Surprise! No response from BWW, the company. Enough said. Yes we like BWW’s food-but will not be back. Plenty of places to spend hard earned money where every customer is valued-and places who know how to correct mistakes.

We stopped going to BW3 years ago because they always screwed up our order. Well, tonight we decided to give them a try again. Bad idea! We looked on the website menu and all it had was traditional or boneless and the list of sauces. It does not indicate the quantity you can order. We called and said we wanted 24 wings. The girl said that we could not do 24 but we could do 20. Whatever. We ordered the 20 but got home and only had 18! We called them to complain and the stumble bum manager seemed like he was only half listening because when we finished talking he didn’t say a thing. We had to ask if anyone was there. The manager explained that they only sell in increments of 5. The girl that took our order didn’t explain that. I don’t get why she didn’t up-sell us to 25. The manager took our name and then asked if there was anything he could do for us? Umm… Refund our MONEY at the very least. We feel stupid for going back. Never again. Please don’t waste your time.

Great place to hang out and watch sports but the food is mediocre at best. Don’t get me wrong I like bww but the food could be much better. Wing quality can vary drastically depending on the visit. I have gotten excellent wings here & I have also gotten luke warm not so great tasting wings. You tend to stay here longer than other restaurants given the sports atmosphere which is fine but you can run up your bill quickly with mediocre tasting food over the length of your stay. It’s a nice establishment with ok staff but this location is really nothing special. If you are going for ufc fight night I suggest getting there at least 2 hours early and plan on spending what the ppv costs at home. I wouldn’t mind to see the menu revamped as it’s been the same mediocre food for years now. I will continue to visit but you’re not missing much if you decide to dine elsewhere.

Our server was very sick last night. At points it sounded like she has laryngitis. Management should not allow servers this ill to be in contact with customers. She said to her fellow workers that she was washing her hands as much as possible. What if there was a pregnant person within her vicinity. To me this is a severe health violation. Note to management — you need to understand health and safety of your customers first.

This Bdubs has definitely stepped up its customer service game. Really great staff and has maitre d if you will that walks around to every table making sure they have everything they need. From sauce samples to the trivia games. Food is spot on and I never have to wait to long. Quite impressed with this particular Bdubs…

From Here To Eternity… keep this in mind as you order food from BWW. Waited about 30 minutes for my chicken sandwich(routine order). Came out cold. Asked for replacement… never appeared before I cancelled order. Server(Haley) terrific for a young person… offered manager– declined… what could a manager possibly offer? I don’ want a freebie. Glad I didn’t have to pay for the sandwich. Otherwise, the usual… beer and wings ordered by others in an environment best summed up in one word– din.

Food is alright, but the staff at this particular location are very friendly! Perfect place to enjoy any and all sporting events on TV, and if you have kids, they can easily be entertained with trivia and games that they provide. The food is also very kid friendly. It is a very loud place tho so if noise is not your thing I would avoid all together. Ask for Katie H., she’s flawless at her job! She’s been there since about 2005⁄2006 so her experience and upbeat attitude go hand in hand.

This restaurant is great especially if you have kids. They have televisions everywhere to watch your favorite games, and tablets for your kids to play with. Great beer and drink selection as well as amazing food dishes. We also had fantastic service from our wait and bus staff. You can’t go wrong wi math B-dubs.

Disappointing. If you want to go somewhere to drink beer, watch a hundred TVs with no sound, and to eat crappy food, then this place is for you! My daughter and I went there this afternoon for one reason: to try their buffalo wings. It’s our Saturday ritual. We figured we’d try the standard, real wings with buffalo sauce to check them out. It’s their specialty, right? The wings were lukewarm. The sauce was just lathered on like gravy. And it wasn’t very good or very flavorful. I’d go as far as to say it was bland. When an 11 year old thinks the«spicy» stuff is boring, you have a problem! In addition, the kid’s chicken strips were rubbery. She didn’t even finish them, even though she was really hungry. My mini brats were okay. The server was really nice. So were the people at the door. I felt sorry for them. It’s probably a great place to get drunk with the guys. The food probably tastes better when you’re drunk. Another disappointment in the northwest burbs. –Daddy Maxx Retro

Been a regular here for 4 years, never had bad service or bad food. They have the best sauces and selection around. Prices are OK although they seemed to have crept up a bit lately. BWW doesnt pretend to be upscale so I don’t expect it to be something it’s not. I’ve had the honor to discretely pay the tab for uniformed Soldiers twice. Dave and Lindsay are great bartenders!

If you like rubbery chicken, flakey waitstaff, and waiting for a really long time with no drink refills, then this is the place for you!(This particular location, Coon Rapids, not sure why it says Minneapolis). My Husband and I went in during May when they had«Military appreciation». The worst service I’ve ever had, each time we went in that month. For a measly little discount, it wasn’t worth the hassle. You’d think people would have more respect for a man in uniform, but that’s not the case. They told us they did not give a Military discount, so we had to show the MANAGER the huge sign it the entryway promoting the event, this was in the middle of the promotion discount so you’d think they’d know about it. The food was horrible, as it usually is, but we like to support places that support the troops so we gave them more than enough chances to redeem themselves. The staff is so rude, I felt like I was at «Dick’s Last Resort Tavern». Orders always wrong, just all around bad. Music WAY too loud too, they charge extra for every little thing, even if the meal states it comes with the meal, watch your bill! Sent numerous complaints and no response. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worse enemy, patron at your own risk!

Normally, we love this BWW. But 1 out of 10 times we order from here or dine in, we have a crappy experience. In the last 4 years we’ve gone here, we had one experience where our food order was not put in and I, being the 9 months pregnant crabby woman I was, had a lot of words with the manager. Our server had lied to us and said he put the ticket for our order in, when he had not. The manager compensated us with a couple of $ 5 gift cards. The next bad experience we had was when my husband brought boneless wings home with barely a speck of sauce on them. I was too mad to make him bring them back, I just used sauce I had at home to eat them. And today when we went, I wouldn’t call it a bad experience at all… just not a stellar one. The waitstaff was flakey, didn’t get our order right, didn’t refill drinks and just overall, their focus wasn’t there. But as a whole, we like this restaurant — like I said 90% of our experiences here have been great. It’s just those darn 10% that bring our opinion down a little each time…
