If I could give ten stars, I would.
I decided at the last minute (like 2:30 on a FRIDAY before the holiday weekend) that I wanted to cut about 11 inches off my hair, and have it colored. I called and spoke to Sonya who was ending her shift but told me to come in anyway. She was AMAZING. I was so relaxed (wine with my haircut? yes please!) and Sonya was an absolute doll. She gave me a fantastic haircut that gets compliments every day, and did a great job dying my hair. I walked in dowdy and walked out FAB-​U-​LOUS! We just moved here and this place has earned my business for the long haul. Also the prices were pretty darn fantastic. Love LOOK. You should too!

Being an independent woman is hard these days! I have work to do and bills to pay. I work really hard for my money, that’s why i HATE wasting it. When I started going to Sonya Alliette at Look Salon I felt so great about handing my money over to her. not only was I extremely happy with how my hair came out (and comes out every single time i am there), but my wallet was happy too! Quality hairdressing at a great price is hard to find, and I am so glad I finally found it with Sonya! I have recommended her to all of my friends, and although I am not usually one to post reviews on sites, i HAD to let everyone know! This review is for Sharon, who is truly a miracle worker with hair! I had been going to Sharon for a couple years before I picked up and moved to LA, where I had a real struggle finding someone as awesome as her. Anyways, I just moved back and had to jump through hoops to track her down at her new location at Look Salon. but it was well worth it! I have, what I affectionately call it, «white trash hair». It’s not curly or straight, its just kind of kinky frizz if I let it air dry. Due to this, I am hopelessly devoted to my flat iron. Sharon trims my ends while wet, but completes the cut dry after flat ironing my hair, so it always looks PERFECT! Every time I get my hair cut, I get tons of compliments on it, especially my bangs, which always frame my face perfectly. She is also a color master, and takes my lackluster dingy light brown hair and turns it a dark chestnut brown. Amazing.
The location is on a side street near downtown Andover, there is tons of street parking as well as a small lot. Inside there are only 4 chairs, so you get a lot of personal attention and will be offered beverages and such. It’s nice and clean with lots of natural light. There is no pressure to buy any products, which I appreciate. Anyways, go see Sharon, you will NOT regret it!
