This gym is in an interesting location. Its in an office building and was much smaller than what I expected. The walls are mostly brick with one wall of mirrors in the yoga room. It looks a little dingy. It didn’t look as clean and serene as other yoga studios I’d been to. Aside from the appearance, the yoga class I took was more instructional and technical, whereas my home studio tends to be a bit more meditative and relaxing. The instructor walked us through every small detail of the movements we were doing, which I found helpful, as it took me back to the very basics of yoga. But there wasn’t much done for the«yoga mood» like increasingly dim lights as we approached savansana or the use of a Tibetan singing bowl. I didn’t feel as spiritually happy as I usually do when I leave yoga classes but this technical instruction was nice and the teacher was very friendly. EDIT: Took vinyasa flow with Sheila and pilates reformer with Alyssa and LOVED both. Both of these teachers are friendly and bubbly and know their stuff. Sheila’s yoga class is just the kind I like. It challenged me with new poses I haven’t done before and I felt sore the day after! I also had my heart rate up the whole class thanks to her awesome routine! Alyssa’s class was a work out! Works your muscles tons and stretches you so well! It was my first time using a reformer and tower and it was awesome! Bumped it up from 3 stars to 5!

This is a lovely little gym. I came here on class pass the Saturday after Thanksgiving and it was pretty crowded with people trying to work off their meal. The staff handled the large group nicely-front desk was attentive and the teacher made sure everyone had enough room. There seems to be two rooms which can be used for barre, pilates, or spinning. I found the barre class to be challenging but able to accommodate all levels with modifications and such. I wouldn’t say it was the greatest workout, but it certainly was a decent one! Everyone was really low key and friendly and the space was immaculate.
