I just had my first appointment yesterday. I had a cleaning and it was so much less painful than the one I had at my previous dentist. The previous dentist I went to had to numb my gums in order to do my cleaning because they were so abrasive during the cleaning that I couldn’t stand the pain. Dr. Hopgood’s staff is very friendly and caring. He also saw my husband and my husband was very happy with him as well. I will happily recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, caring dental practice. Thank you!

Dr. Hopgood is one of the best dentists that you will ever find. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. The team he led does an awesome as well. They care and they pay attention to details. Dr. Hopgood is very engaging. He will explain things in great details, lay out the treatment plan/​strategy and the potential financial impact and options. Overall, it’s been great ten years since I started seeing him. Big thumbs up!!!

My former dentist tried on 2 occasions to make a crown for my front tooth that had a root canal. Both times were failures for he could not get the shade or size correct… too bulky. Dr hopgood made a crown for my front tooth that looks like I was born with. He is an excellent cosmetic dentist. I guess the third time is a charm.

I have gone here for a few years now for cleanings, fillings, and most recently one crown. Both dr. hopgood and the dental hygienist have always done a good job on my teeth and all my questions are answered clearly. The staff assistant is nice to talk to as well.

On my last visit to Dr. Hopgood’s office, I wasn’t even seen by him, merely his staff. I’ve been a little frustrated by his insistence that I don’t floss (I do), one of his hygenists is excessively rough, and I wonder if I got bilked for a filling I didn’t need (had only ever had one other in my life, I should have gotten a second opinion).
I’m looking for a new dentist now.
