Ever since they hired more teenagers the quality of customer service has become unprofessional and lacks improvement. While they do have a few workers that are polite and take pride in their work, sadly the younger generation working their is giving them a bad reputation.

First the good… The always friendly, always smiles, always gets your order right from drive thru lady that wears awesome hats. She always makes me laugh… And the bad… the first drive thru employee (Tonya) She is quite rude, never smiles, and always overcharges me for something… Excuse me, each meal should come with a sauce for FREE. She should change her name tag to Hitler… lol

went here again after the issue I had before. bad idea on my part. they flat out refused to sell me a premium mc wrap sweet chili and told me they didn’t sell it… again. its still on the menu too. they then don’t even give me the ranch one they forced me into. they gave me a snack wrap instead. i guess i should of inspected me ticket better. on top of all that they spiked my shake with pepper because I told them they gave me the wrong shake. AVOID THIS MC DONALDS they are horrid, and obviously do not care about customer service.

This was just a stop in Angleton for me to get my $ 1.00 any size diet Coke. The drive thru did a good job as usual.
