Their phone customer service was got us into a unit the next day. However they failed to mention it was not climate controlled as we had requested.
So when I arrived I was informed by the amazing manager Catherine that no it was not climate controlled and she apologized for the miscommunication.
She proceeded to make things right by contacting the other StorageMart across town and secured their last climate controlled unit for us. And made sure to give us a full refund and a credit toward the rent for September to make things right/​first month free.
I would high recommend this facility if you need storage. They have up to 10×15 climate controlled units and up to 10×25 regular units.

Had a family member rent out a space here and I assist with the moving of many items to and from the storage area. I have rented storage units in the past and this place did not seem too different than the place I have rented at before.
It has all of the features most storage rental areas have, 24-​hour access to your unit, first month basically free, clean and well-​lit area. The customer service provided by the staff was good.
The only thing I would have to say would be it was a bit pricey, but this could just be due to the location or the time of year or even availability of units. (Price may change, I do not know). Overall, positive experience here.
