Excellent customer service. I’m an experience marathon runner and was looking for a new shoe, I brought in the last 2 pairs i had used to show how the thread has worn down based on how i run. They asked lots of questions about past injuries, what i like and dislike about last shoes, etc. to help come up with a few suggestions. They had me try on 3 pair, all of which i loved. I couldn’t decide between them so i bought 2 pairs.
Prices were on par with the other running stores around town. You’ll pay an extra $ 10 – 20 compared to searching for deals online, but I’ll gladly pay the extra to support a local running store with intelligent staff who can recommend shoes I’ll love!

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff that you will only find at a true running specialty store. Great selection of shoes, socks, running accessories and training equipment. Attention to detail that you’ll only find at a local store where they value each and every customer. Highly recommended.

Great small running store. The 2 owners are very helpful in finding the right shoe. May cost a tad more than other stores or Amazon, but it’s important to run in the right shoe.
They also give back allot in the community and host events year round.
Best place in Ann Arbor area for running related.

I’ve been doing more of my shopping here rather than online. The owners are great and the store is quite well stocked. Unlike most local running stores I’ve gone to, they actually have my size in more than one shoe. Their prices are good and their reward program really helps. You see them at all the local races as both vendors and participants.

The staff is so knowledgeable here. They will analyze your gait and advise you on the proper shoe. The owners are here on a daily basis and very hands-​on. Great selection — and I love the Saturday 10am Yoga for Runners class!
