Great clothing! Very good customer service! I would say it is somewhat pricey, but you get what you pay for! It pays to sign up for their e mail club. You get some darn good deals! They have great pants, jeans, shorts, polar fleece, sweaters, t-shirts, gift ideas, umbrellas, and socks. The sales peopel aren’t too pushy nor do they ignore you! I really like this place!

I love the clothes and quality for the price point. You can get great bargains here, but if you want to secure a choice item, you will pay top dollar. The store itself does not have talls or extended sizes, therefore, I shop exclusively online. Returns are easy if you pay with your Eddie Bauer card. Being a super couponer, I take advantage of their savings program. It’s worth it if you use it.

I bought my brother a sweater from here last Christmas. They didn’t have his size in stock so a staff member had me order the sweater over a store phone. I was asked for my credit card number, I felt uncomfortable giving it, but I did anyway. I was told that I would receive the sweater with in a week. I wasn’t given a receipt or an email confirmation. When a month went by and I still hadn’t received the sweater in the mail, I was very upset. I had no proof that the transaction had taken place except on my credit card bill of course. When I tried to get my money back their customer service was extremely rude and practically impossible to work with. I never did get my money back. I will never shop at this store, or any other Eddie Bauer store again.

I have a feeling that this store keeps changing its mind about what kind of store it is. Sporting goods? Well, not really. Home furnishings? Not any more, they closed that down. Women’s clothing? They don’t bother with a lot of the sizes and colors that they say you could order in the catalog. Oh, it’s a catalog store? Well, not exactly. What they have: a lot of men’s shirts and slacks. Oh, sort of like the Gap. A loser.
