I hadn’t been to a Chili’s in years and this visit wasn’t any better. My drink order got messed up a little bit, no big deal. I ordered the 2 for 20 deal with a friend and the chips that came with the guac were salty to the point it was a little bit painful and the guacamole tasted like the pre-made stuff you get at the grocery store. When our entrees came out, I asked where my side of fries was, and the food runner told me they were coming out with one of my other friends entrée. I cut into the steak I ordered medium rare, and it was medium well. 5 minutes later the runner came back out and said that because we did the deal, which explicitly stated it was the full entrée, no fries. Meh, wouldn’t go back.

I had a really disappointing experience here with take out. We ordered the two entrees and one appetizer for $ 20 online, and it said our order would be ready in 30 minutes. I picked it up in 30 minutes and took it home. Based on the temperature of the food, I think it had been ready before 30 minutes and was sitting out. One of the entrees was a steak, cooked medium, with rice as a side. The steak was gray. Definitely not medium — even if I had ordered it well done, it was way overdone. The rice was hard and inedible. The onion rings ordered as an appetizer were good, but not hot. My husband ordered chicken tenders and fries, and he thought they were fine. Lesson learned: only order fried food. Also, go to pick it up earlier than they tell you to. But the biggest lesson is… don’t go to Chili’s. $ 20 for two meals and an appetizer is a good deal, but I can pay about $ 30-$ 35 for that at a non-chain restaurant in the area, and enjoy every bite. We have $ 10 remaining on the gift card we used to purchase this meal, and we will probably just use it on drinks at the bar — very turned off of the food.

I’m really happy with the improvements Chili’s has made to their menu, it’s fresher, the interior is great. I never would come here before, but I’m glad I checked it out again. I’ll definitely be coming here more often!

Came in for dinner this evening. Waiter was nice but obviously new, he couldn’t answer any basic questions about the menu. I ordered two waters(I drink water very quickly and I hate making a waiter run back and forth every 5 minutes just to get me a water refill) and only received one, despite him ringing two into the system. The water tasted horrible, very hard. Received the wrong type of chicken for my entrée, husband didn’t receive one of his sides. They remade my chicken, but didn’t bring any dipping sauce that comes with the entrée and the corn was ice cold. Husband got his side, I got a third corn on the cob, which wasn’t garnished(no butter, salt or pepper, but it was warm!). Then they tried to charge us for the chicken re-fire. Overall, service was okay, accuracy was horrible, food was good.

I have always enjoyed Chili’s food. The newly remodeled outside was welcoming and bright. The inside is a drastic and wonderful change from the décor of the past. This was the first time I ever sat in the bar area and tried Happy Hour offerings. I was very disappointed in the watered down margarita(did it have any Tequila in it?) that was on the menu. Making it worse was that my «mug» was dirty — twice! I finally settled on a coke since the margarita wasn’t likely to get better. John, our server was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the Triple appetizer and chose egg rolls, two sliders and onion rings that tasted like bread crumbs; no real onion flavor which was also disappointing. The sliders and egg rolls were ok and my guest had the boneless wings. I tried and liked them; not too spicy. I enjoyed the atmosphere, but was under impressed with the food and drinks for the first time I can remember at Chili’s.

Ate there 11÷2÷15. My dining partner asked about the endless chips and salsa she had seen advertised as coming along with the fajitas. The waitress replied something along the lines of well they haven’t told us about that. I found the promo spot later on the Internet and indeed that is a current advertisement. They have remodeled and as a waitress was leaning a bit and serving the table across the aisle from us her butt was precariously close to our food on our table. It was very awkward and a man across the way saw us pulling our plates over to get them away from her ass and then we all laughed. My salad had many chunks of lettuce that were not a part of the lettuce I would eat or serve to someone else. When we were done eating I used the restroom. A disaster… the toilet paper holder hanging open with the paper falling out. The john so low to the ground I thought I was in an elementary school. The paper towels for hand drying a big roll sitting out on the counter soaking in water from the sink splash. Then as I walked out I noticed the newly seated tables with chips and salsa on them so our waitress must have found out that chips and salsa were a current promotion. Not going back any time soon it was a very unpleasant experience.

Typical Chili’s, no problem with food or service. In fact server in bar was very good. My only problem was… No Wi-Fi! Was there on business and needed to get done email out. Can’t figure out why any dining establishment today would not have Wi-Fi. Get it!

I’ve been to this location many times before and they have changed it up quite a bit. Food is still delicious but the atmosphere isn’t what it used to be. Not very friendly, its been dead there lately and its not only because not many people are in the restaurant, its just the whole ambience is just not very good.

I’ve eaten at this location several times and can say that in terms of consistent food quality and service, it is a winner. Whether or not I am there for a drink and appetizer or with several friends for dinner, the wait staff is attentive and delightful. The recent remodel is great!

We hadn’t been to Chili’s in a while and the new, expanded menu was a pleasant surprise. I really liked my combo of beef tostada and enchilada. The southwestern chicken soup was extra savory. Best of all, my wife pronounced the fajitas the best she’s ever had. Bravo.

Pretty consistent chili’s. It’s always busy but the wait isn’t ever that bad. Friendly wait-staff. Typical chain restaurant food quality. You won’t be disappointed if you go in with the right expectations.

It’s a decent Chili’s, yes you’re in a chain restaurant. No they don’t use authentic ingredients, but if you wanted that you wouldn’t be here. The margaritas are reliable, the chips are warm, the salsa is mild and the staff is friendly. I was surprised that the shredder chicken looked pleasantly trust worthy, and the use black beans!

I’ve been to Chili’s multiple times. Service and food quality can be inconsistant. It’s a great place to stop and get a meal when running errands on that side of Ann Arbor. The last time I ate at Chili’s I was very impressed to see the little computer screens on all of the tables and seats in the bar that allow guests to order food and drinks via a computer as well as pay your bill, read the USA Today and play games! For $.99 you can play unlimited trivia, solitare, a tetris like game, Boggle, kids games, and more. As someone who eats out alone often, this is really cool! I was less impressed with the food. While the side salad was very good, the flatbread pizza was really bad. It was extremely underdone. Chili’s has a wide variety of menu options(salads, chicken, burgers, sandwiches etc). I would recommend!

I haven’t been to a Chili’s in a while and after this I might just come back. We sat at the bar and were met by our bartender immediately. Our orders were taken quickly and while we had to wait for a new keg, we were served right away. Food was delicious and fresh. Chips were hot and the guacamole was tasty. The quesadilla is HUGE and I loved the ranch sauce along with the chicken and bacon.

Dirty Floors — will not eat here again. Went with a friend there for lunch. The wait staff was awesome — BUT this join is DIRTY. the gaps in the floors tiles are covered in muck — gross. A lot of more options in the area. Food was A-OK. Will not go back! Sorry…

My fiancé and I went to have a quick lunch at Chili’s before an appointment we had. It took quite a long time to be seated and to get a table during the lunch hour. We told the waitress shortly after being seated that we were in a hurry. She did everything that she could to make sure our service was fast. However the kitchen was running behind. What impressed me the most is that the waitress apologized and said that she was going to get the manager to help address the situation. The manager came over and apologized as well and he ended up giving us a discount on our meal. Clearly he went above and beyond in the situation. I was so impressed with the level of customer service. This is the place to go because clearly the management cares about a good experience for the customers even during the busiest time of the day. Kudos Chili’s.

One of my personal favorites right here. I come here for the chicken crispers, which are great, the Cajun chicken pasta which is also great and the fries here are good(but they don’t give you alot). Love the ribs(dry rub), Monterrey chicken, and pretty much all the entrees. Drinks here are at a good price(however they are better places/options in that department). To me, from the texas cheese fries, to the cheese sticks, their is not a bad option at Chili’s at all. Consistently good is what this place is.

We hit this place all the time. I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed it yet. So here are the points: Good food for a quick, cheap lunch or dinner The screaming kids and loud atmosphere can be annoying There is food on the floor. Managers walk around and they try to clean up, but between the kids, and volume of traffic in this place, I can see how it’s difficult. Staff is always friendly, and quickly address any concerns. Cheap trick* sign in to FourSquare while dining, and show your server your check-in, you will get free chips and salsa. So Ultimately, it’s A-Ok when we need to eat and don’t have a craving for something specific or are feeding all six of us and want to keep the bill under $ 100.
