Fifth Third Bank

I’ve used this bank twice so far. The first time, I called to find out my account number (I don’t have checks) for direct deposit. The man I talked to was very polite and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed before I hung up. Then, today, I went in because I lost my debit card and ID downtown. The tellers greeted me immediately upon arrival and let me know the banker would be with me soon. I explained that I couldn’t cancel my card on the phone because it wouldn’t recognize my SS# for whatever reason. The banker cancelled my card immediately and even gave me a temporary card to use while I wait for mine in the mail. The people that work here are so nice and seem to really care about your concerns. I usually have a hard time feeling comfortable in banks because the people are usually very stiff, but this wasn’t the case at ⁵⁄₃ Washtenaw. :) Thank you!
