Kerby’s Kurb Service

Absolutely awful. We attended a lovely wedding at the University of Michigan and took the shuttle service to the ceremony/​reception with the understanding that we could go promptly back to the hotel as soon as we had enough people to fill our shuttle. The head of the valets told us that we could leave early as long as we had enough people but then instead we were forced to wait an hour for the can to leave even though we had filled the quote of five he had given us. He then responded with nothing but rudeness and hostility. What a horrible way to end our night. Absolutely no customer service at all. Do NOT use this clearly pompous and mis-​guided company. They go back on their promises and have no value of customer service. What a joke.
