KFC

Ordered ahead of time. Reached KFC an hour later and order wasn’t ready. Staff are very unprofessional.

The absolute worst kfc location ever. Staff is rude and uncaring. Food was burnt or undercooked. Fare warning I do not recommend this place.

My favorite A2 KFC. The staff is friendly and helpful and the $ 5 two piece special includes side, cookie, and a drink. You cannot beat that with a stick! One gripe among mostly accolades is the fact that the drink dispenser does not have water nor soda. It’s in the back but you have to ask for it (a pain). This is even more appalling since there is no drink for one of the output nozzles! Could be used for water. WTF? Makes no sense! The chicken pot pie is the value pick of the menu! Tasty! Filling! Not too salty! Will be back other than when the hipster douchebags are here for lunch!

I only go here when I’m desperately craving mashed potatoes and chicken and I have a limited time for lunch. I’ve never had a problem with the time it takes to get my food but leaving the actual location is difficult, as it’s not in an ideal location.

These guys had no chicken 15 minutes before they closed, so the car in front of me had to go elsewhere for food, as did I. I complained through their corporate website, and got a phone call from the manager the next morning, who blamed their supplier but offered me 10% off on my next visit. 1 star for now but stay tuned.

This place is ran like mama papa shop that is strap for cash. They don’t offer water for their dinning in customer. They force you to buy a drink or a bottled water. They don’t turn on the heat. This place do not deserve the KFC franchise name.

The worst KFC that I have ever been to. I’ve been here twice and had to just leave out of the drive thru. They don’t know what’s on the menu outside, and the employees always seem like they have no clue what an order is. It’s like they have a menu from McDonalds on the inside, and customers at the drive thru are looking at a KFC menu. This place is awful. The service is, to be more specific. You’d think that they were hiring folks straight from across the street (county jail).

It seems like every time I come to this particular KFC, I end up waiting a ridiculous amount of time for food. This location seems ill-​equipped to meet customer demand because I’m always told that they don’t have enough chicken prepared.

I was saddened when the KFC on Stadium closed down… as it was only 10 minutes from my house… then after they closed, I went on KFC cold turkey, granted I only went there about three times a year… but for whatever reason… I’ve been craving KFC for few months… so I made it a point to go there after my workout.
Excited, coupon on hand, went to drive-​thru… ordered my 12 pc meal with 3 lg sides and 6 biscuits. Pulled up, paid and was told it’d be another two minutes before the chicken is ready… I said no problem… I waited over a year to eat KFC, I can wait 2 minutes.
The cashier came back with my chicken and I headed home. if I could, I would have eaten them in the car, but had to be safe :) Got home only to find out that instead of 12 pieces, they miscounted… yup… one shy… while I wasn’t super pissed, I was pissed… man, I waited a year to eat KFC and they shortchanged me with one chicken! What gives!!!
I just hope that the employees know how to count past 11 (jk)… I just hope this was a minor mistake… I just hope they will give me extra chicken next time I go… because I’ll tell the cashier to make sure I get the correct number of chicken, because you guys shortchanged me on my last visit…
As for the service, the cashier was nice, easy going and friendly.

You know what you’re going to get when you visit KFC. Or at least you should.
In general, as long as that is what I’m looking for, I’ve had decent experiences with KFC. That has not been the case with this location the past (last) 3 times we have visited. The food quality has suffered and now is matched only by the service levels. If it says anything, my wife wanted KFC last week and I drove across town to get it for her instead of going here. Sad, but true.
