Best store in Ann Arbor. Cyndi Clark has incredible taste, and the variety of products in the store is truly amazing. Everything is effective and luxurious, and the brands would be so hard to find anywhere else. There is an excellent client loyalty program, and the staff is so helpful and never pushy. The services the salon and spa offer are the best as well. It’s hard to find technicians who are just as good anywhere else. If you’re in Ann Arbor, you have to go here. Either to shop or to get pampered, there is no better place in A2!

I am visiting Ann Arbor from out-​of-​town and stumbled upon this skin care wonderland. They had many brands that I have heard about for years but have never seen in stores. And all in one beautiful space. Cristina was amazingly helpful and recommended the perfect products, both skin care and make-​up, for my dehydrated aging skin and at my price point. I wish I lived nearby but I will certainly call Lily Grace for my future beauty needs. Thanks so much, Cristina!

They have the best products and best people working here :) The space is beautiful and everyone is very knowledgeable, patient, and fun! It is a spa experience with every treatment you get. Erica gives an amazing relaxing facial and is also wonderful at mani pedis! Andrew gave me an awesome haircut! I am growing my natural curly hair out and he gave me a cute shorter cut to help me get rid of some of my straightening treatment. I got so many compliments and I absolutely love how it came out.

I was doing some window shopping on Main St and popped in here. I was pleasantly surprised! The sales associate who greeted me was incredibly friendly (wish I could remember her name!) and offered to answer any questions I had.
I was the only customer in the store so she offered to do a bit of a makeover on me, which I gladly accepted! She was knowledgeable about all the products from the Trish McEvoy line and was never pushy. I left without buying anything but didn’t feel like I needed to slink away or that I was somehow obligated to purchase something. I would definitely go back!

I’ve been living in the Ann Arbor area for more than 8 years and can honestly say I’ve never did any shopping on Main Street. So I decided yo do a little exploring and made my way to this great little shop. I entered the salon and was greeted very friendly by the salesperson/​esthetician who was very knowledgable on all the products in the store not to mention was able to give good advice on skin care products without pushing any selling of the items. She let me take home samples of the products to try before committing to buy anything which I greatly appreciated (because who wants to spend money on a product and end up hating especially when it doesn’t cost pennies). I had such a great experience I decided to book a facial with them in he following weeks. More to come…

I love that there is a store nearby that I can stock up on my Trish McEvoy cosmetics and Butter nail polishes. The store is clean and well maintained and the staff is super friendly. I could spend all afternoon in this store dipping into all of the luxurious goodies!

I couldn’t make it to the store, so called and spoke to Cyndi Clark who was amazing! She helped me pick out the products I needed for myself and suggested some great gifts. When I received the box, it was full of yummy samples, now I am hooked on Natura Bisse tinted moisturizer — fab!

I visited Lily Grace on 1÷16÷12 and it was a pleasure. The store is beautifully decorated, they carry only the best brands and some that are very hard to find (By Terry, Tata Harper, and more), and the owner, Cyndi Clark, was beyond patient and helpful as she helped me choose products and shades appropriate for my skin tone. Cyndi really knows her stuff when it comes to skin care and cosmetics, and it was a luxury getting one on one time with someone which such expertise. Lily Grace also has a rewards program which always entices me to buy. Very highly recommended.

Today was my first time in the store and it was a wonderful experience all around. I was able to explore the store (with no pressure) and the great selection of candles and cosmetics including Trish McEvoy, bliss, butter and other brands that are usually hard to come by without trudging to the mall or dept store. Courtney and Cyndi, the owner, were both incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely be back for a make up session and gifts. The store is a much-​needed and lovely addition to Main Street.
