I purchased this massage coupon through GroupOn. I highly suggest that this is not a good place to go. This place has poor customer service. There is no flexibility to schedule the appointment and you have to wait at least two months for appointment. I don’t mind waiting; however i showed up on my schedule time. The lady said that my appointment was cancelled and she said she sent me an email. However, I never received the email. I checked it again and again that I never received her email. Since I knew that my appointment will be two months after and I marked it on my calender and also called the massage place TWICE the day before to confirm. No one answered and I left two voice messages. She never called back and told me the appointment was cancelled the next day when I arrived. I am totally unsatisfied with the poor service and she showed no apologies to this situation. Therefore, she scheduled me one week later for her available hour, which means I have to come back again. On the day of that re-​schedule appointment, she called me 1 hour before and told me that she cannot do it today. And I have already made all the arrangement and planning to go there soon. I have no trust to this business any more and feel that I was totally cheated. That is very unprofessional. I will never go back to this place or recommend to others.
