Meadowbrook Village Apts

If you are noise sensitive, I cannot recommend these apartments highly enough, provided you lease a unit that is not directly next to the freeway. The windows are new and I heard essentially no noise in mine other than a gentle whoosh from I-​94 and 2 occasions when my neighbor decided to «rock out» (management took care of that quickly). Everyone in the community was respectful and watched out for each other. I never had safety concerns. My apartment was a 2 bed, 2 bath upper which had a gas fireplace and the bonus storage room. It probably had as much or more storage space as our current home (minus the garage). My only complaints were raggedy carpeting (which was in poor condition upon move-​in) and a rusty hot water heater which started to die toward the end of our lease (although maintenance insisted our lukewarm showers were fine). All in all, I actually preferred this place to my house and you can’t beat the location across from Whole Foods! I’d move back in an instant.
