Twenty plus people in the lobby waiting for concessions. One counter open. Another counter opens and mass confusion. Sad they don’t have people managing and working here with something above a second grade education.

The theater is very clean and the and I love sitting at the theater style seating the popcorn and the drinks are fine probably the candy too but I never buy it because they’re too expensive do not get any food items from this place subpar and I got food poisoning from the hot dog other than that good place to see a movie

Came on discount day (which for being a «cheaper» theater costed more then other area theaters discount day”) lobby is extremely small and lines for everything.
The food prices are normal theater gouging but the large nachos are enough to feed a family of elephants.
The theater hall is very tight, and the theaters themselves are in need of updating. The seats are old and it’s tightly packed together.
The restrooms aren’t sufficiently large enough so expect a line.

This theatre is filthy, I’ve never seen it this bad. The hallways, theatre and bathrooms Look like they haven’t been cleaned all day !

Drove here from Northville after having printed tickets and invitation to select screening of The Intern. When we arrived we were told there were no more seats left. PR was not available. The ticket agent said there were 274 seats filled to capacity. I explained that in past screenings there are random seats not used and to please let us look or try. Refused.
The PR person — a girl with glasses was busy taking reviews after the show. I stopped by (as we purchased tickets to another show) and told her how ridiculously rude it is to invite and ticket people who assume they have a seat for a movie premier and then deny them access. In my case — I drove from Northville to Ann Arbor and my children are dealing with the recent death of their father. She and her company and promotors of «The Intern» with Robert DeNiro and Anne Hathaway should be more sensitive to the people who attend their premiers as they don’t know the trouble or tribulations their «invited» guests are going through. She herself should have sat out in the lobby and allowed invited guests who expected to see the show instead of staying there herself. Where I’m from, guests come before hosts.
Shame on you The Intern promotors and for all movie theaters who inconvenience people who anticipate viewing a film. This was a complicated issue. Two kids looking to escape reality for 1 – 2 hours turned away.

I love movies, but am not generally a fan of big box office hits. When we do end up going out to see a mainstream film, this is where we end up. I say «end up» because this little multiplex is definitely not a destination. It is fairly clean, and the employees are friendly, however, the facility is aging. The picture quality is poor, so if you plan to see the next big flick where picture quality is important, this is not the place to go. We recently watched a film there, on a hot summer day, and it was absolutely horrible. It was uncomfortably hot. When we asked staff to please crank up the air, they did not do so. Very uncomfortable experience.

Perfectly decent, everything you expect, nothing to complain about.
A movie ticket on a weekday afternoon was $ 8 (adult) or $ 7.50 (student).
The movie started 11 minutes past the scheduled time, which was better than the half-​hour you have to endure over at Rave in Ypsilanti.

SICK local theatre. my favorite. it’s right by my house, the employees are friendly enough, and they have pepsi products which means: DIET MOUNTAIN DEW. EXTREME!!! best of all, they have a frequent movie goer card, and you KNOW i use that swag. $ 3 off any combo? so rad because their concessions are already about $ 5 cheaper than rave (great theatre to go to if you wanna see someone’s phone out of the corner of your eye at FULL brightness while you listen to them talk to their idiot friend and scoff at everything).
honestly the only flaw here is that their sign by the road is the size of an ant hill so i always miss the entrance, but whatever. true diamond in the rough status.

To be fair, I’m not a huge movie goer. I don’t like crowds, I get annoyed with people talking and texting during movies, blah blah blah. I’m also not a big fan of mainstream film and prefer independent and foreign films.
That said, once in a while, I make a trip here. There are two reasons for these visits. The first is because I’m planning on watching something on netflix/​ppv and need to get some popcorn (I cannot resist movie theatre popcorn). They are very good about not stopping you from walking right past the ticket counter to the concessions and the one time I was stopped and asked if I had a ticket all I had to say was, «I just came in to buy popcorn» and they let me right through. Maybe I’m not the only person who does this?
The other reason I come in is because there are some movies that have to be seen on the big screen. Hunger Games? Check! The Fault In Our Stars? Check! Of course when I went to see TFiOS I saw about three previews that will probably have me back. Damn you, trailers! I’ll also be back Aug 15 for The Giver (my favorite book of all time).
Despite the fact that it’s around the corner, that they let me get popcorn without seeing a movie and that they let you bring in food (as long as they don’t sell it you can bring it in… but not alcohol), this theatre leaves a LOT to be desired. The staff might be zombies. From the minute you walk in there is a serious vortex that is sucking the personality out of every person employed by the theatre. Seriously. Like zero personality. Not that I need a tremendous amount of interaction (see paragraph 1) but a smile and a hello would be nice.
In addition to the lack of personality there is also a lack of cleanliness. No matter what time of day I’ve been in the theatre always looks like it needs to be swept and that it’s been a while since any glass cleaner was used.
Recently we came in for an 11 a.m. Sunday matinée (TFiOS) (which was $ 8 per ticket… that’s insane for a matinée). At 11:15 the film still hadn’t started and no one had said anything. Finally someone else in the theatre went and told a staff person who was apparently very surprised (they don’t check to make sure the films are running??) The staff person came back with the woman and gave us each a survey that contained a coupon for a free drink. That was a nice gesture but I still think 15 minutes is excessive. At 11:40 another staff person came in and said that they couldn’t figure it out but to start it then would interrupt the next showing. While I get that, they didn’t seem to care too much at 11 when it should have been showing. He switched out stubs for emergency tickets (which is ridiculous because most people toss their stubs right away) and we all left. That was a waste of 45 minutes.
It’s just kind of dingy and lacking but when the movies play that’s good, right? The Twizzlers are always fresh — that is worth half a star.

I’d give 2.5 stars if possible. It’s not bad, but it’s not great. I went on a Sunday afternoon and parking was crazy. The theater is smaller and showing her age. All of the employees I encountered were really friendly though.

This is our go-​to movie theater and have been here many times. Clean, plenty of parking, and not bad with student pricing ($ 7.50 per) and they don’t even check ID most of the time!
Only downside was our most recent going when some of our friend group was buying stuff at the concession stand. Granted we knew everything was over-​priced, but didn’t think we’d actually get charged $ 5.75 for water. Yep, that’s right — $ 5.75 for a CUP of WATER that most likely came from the tap. «Yeah, it’s a large,» said the girl behind the counter without even batting an eye.

Saw Thor: The Dark World at Quality 16 today. It’s pretty nice theater that has comfortable seats and a decent concession stand. There is no IMAX here but it was only $ 7.25 for matinée which is pretty good pricing. I’ve been here many times for the midingt showings which are also discounted. All in all a decent theater.

Gets the job done. $ 7.50 student tickets, decent/​edible popcorn.

This is the closest theatre to my house. It’s a nice place. Staff are nice. Parking is ample. There are a few restaurants near by. Prices are reasonable with other theatres… I kind of wish they offered a bar like AMC or Emagine does…
It’s cool that they have the MET Opera events here. I’ve been to a really cool documentary about the band Chicago here. I believe it was a «Live Nation» event…
They offer reduced priced films during the spring and summer for kids…
I did wish they offered a few more art films.

If you want to be with lot of teenagers, then this place is a must for you!!! This is a hangout spot for the local area teens on the weekends… and the place can get noisy.
The staff are nice, but typically I don’t go to movies unless I really want to see something… but paying $ 10 for a movie… yeah, it’s been a while since I been to a theater… and typically I end up going to Rave since it’s bigger.
The seats are comfortable, they offer lot of stuff at the concession stand… they also offer a reward card, not sure how one signs up for it. but if you have time ask at the counter.

The concession stand is small. The theater is pretty average. It’s relatively clean.

I love Quality 16. The theater is close to my house, it always has a great selection of films and the clientele is respectful. No need to wait in line at the ticket counter because a kiosk is available to purchase tickets just to the right of the counter. I am always in asap. Snack bar is good too and the staff is always quite nice. And, the place is clean.

Came here for another freebie movie from Gofobo. Not provided through the theater and not for a good review :). This just happened to be the locale selected by Paramount. The movie part was free but I still spent my own money in here as you will see.
I was very happy about it though. Staff here was cheery and they were well organized with the line ups. They really kept people honest and in order. That doesn’t happen everywhere we have been sent.
The concessions have good variety. The Nathan’s hot dogs were tasty enough and the popcorn was fantastic. Prices weren’t too bad, which is nice as I was paying for all that myself. It was great and handy for people like us who have no time to eat between work and having to line up for a movie. Like Annette I am thrilled with Pepsi products too. They gave us just enough ice so it was not lukewarm but not so much that we felt like we weren’t getting a goodly amount of soda.
Seating here was comfy enough, which is important when there is not a spare seat to be had. We were in the middle of quite a few other cheap thrills seekers. Sound was good, picture clear. Crowd all seemed respectful. The movie, The Dictator, was highly offensive but funny as hell. Good times.
I would definitely return on my own dime.

This ain’t the fanciest of theatres and it’s usually crawling with squealing teenagers during the summer months but I always enjoy myself here. Sure it’s not loaded with crazy features like vibrating seats, a bar, or IMAX sized screens but for a simple night out at the movies, it’s pretty great.
The seats are relatively comfortable and I like the moveable arm rests for extra comfort. It’s not usually crazy crowded and the concessions are a fair price and tasty (and Pepsi products! Sorry, Coke lovers but this makes me a happy girl). Also nice is the frequent flier card to earn some points for repeat visits.
Additional fun = the mini arcade they have. Sometimes I’m just hankering for an air hockey game after a flick. They’ve got this covered!
