My 5 and 10 year old have been attending Quest for the past couple of years. The instructors are fantastic. My kids are having a great time and learning focus, self-​discipline and confidence. Terrific program.

My 6 year old son has been attending Quest since December. He had trouble in the very beginning wanting to join class. He struggles with his confidence and we thought this would help along with the other great things karate can teach children (discipline, perseverance, etc…) The instructors were patient but also had expectations for him to succeed. Within a month he was not only participating but he was looking forward to going to class and no longer scared to go. It is pricier than some other programs but you truly get what you pay for. It is a sense of community and teaches children moral basics through fun and positive ways. This helps reinforce what is taught at home and school.
