There aren’t any office supply shops other than this around so you’re kind of stuck but this is not a good store. The stock is fair at best and not well maintained. More problematic is the marked lack of customer service. It’s consistently amazed me that a business could hire this many people without a focus on customer service. It’s almost like they had to specifically post adverts to hire individuals who are NOT interested to work in retail. Go if you have to but be prepared to work to get out the door.

Terrible customer service… slow, unenthusiastic and scarce. Low on product… shelves are empty in places. I would have spent $ 200 on headset but now I won’t go back.

Despite what it says on the website, they do not accept UPS packages for shipment. Waste of a trip. Also smells like burnt plastic.

Horrible customer service. The cashier was totally incapacitated because there was no tag to scan. My mom wanted to purchase a laptop bag. We couldn’t locate another like it but it was perfect for my stepfather’s needs and likes. We took it up front to cash out and find out how much it costs. No go. He couldn’t figure it out and wouldn’t sell it to us because it was missing the tag and he didn’t know what to charge. We left the other items and walked out.
Very frustrating.

This place is a bit run down and not very well stocked, but if something isn’t in stock, you can place an order for it and have it delivered to your home. The employees are friendly & helpful, but you might have to wait around until one can get to helping you.

This Staples doesn’t seem to stock that much in their store. This was pretty frustrating when I was shopping for my supplies. Also, finding an employee to help me find some items was difficult. But once I got a hold of one, they were really helpful. The items I needed that were not in stock were applied to my order and shipped to my apartment for free. The employee was really nice and courteous. Very helpful, which gives this review an extra star than I think they actually deserve.

I went to the EasyTech people to simply transfer information from one PC to another. It look 4+ days and each time I called they said it would be ready the next day. If they were just honest with the time it takes it would have been easier and caused much less frustration. Go to a professional to do this because they were very unprofessional and had poor customer service. Staples should stay out of the technology business if this is their M.O.

This place is bad, way bad. Okay, first the good things. I usually come here to make color photocopies. They have a nice self-​service machine where I can use my own paper, the print quality is better than all other places I’ve been, and they’re only 49 cents each. You can get most of your basic office/​school supplies here, but they are strangely missing some rather common items. And they have a bunch of crap that’s been on the shelves for years. It’s just a Staples, so you shouldn’t expect much, but this place still manages to dissapoint.
I went there to do some research on a scanner. The kid who was talking with me knew almost as much as I did, and eventually I bought one there because he mentioned the 110% price-​matching. I was pretty sure I could get the same scanner fo $ 50 bucks less online, but if I could then I could just get the refund. WRONG! It turns out that they don’t match online prices. I shouldn’t have been surprised by that, but the three non-​manager employees I interacted with in the course of this fiasco didn’t know. Not until it required a manager’s code to get money from the regirster did this come up. I can still pack it up and return it and save the $ 50, but with all the time that would waste I could just earn an extra $ 50. So I literally wasted that money or time because the lackeys don’t know what’s going on. I will never buy anything but pen refills and post-​it notes from them in the future.
Bottom line: I hate them, but I like their copier.
