Worst place on campus to get sashimi or nigiri. The fish is of bad quality and awfully fishy tasting. Seared ahi tuna is rubbery and unappetizing. I haven’t had their korean food, but they do not do Japanese very well. You are better off and will be happier spending your money at Sushi Town, Totoro, or Miki Campus.

I’ve only been here a few times, but for now, it’s not bad. That being said, there is much better service at lunch than at dinner. The waiter is more helpful and friendly than the apathetic servers they hire for dinner service. Once, a friend and I strolled into the place an hour before they closed. We, along with four other potential patrons, waited for at least five minutes at the podium to be seated. After five minutes we gave up and went to noodles and company down the street, where they used five minutes valuably to make us our meals in that amount of time. For the times I actually ate here, it was all right. The most memorable, the tofu roll is simple but very satisfying, just tofu and a slightly spicy sauce. The tofu is soft, just how I like it. Too-hard tofu is no good. Salmon teriyaki is also warm and decent, the accompanying vegetables, rice and seasoning compliment the tastes well. The tempura here isn’t as good as Totoro’s, though it isn’t wretched or anything. The raw salmon is ok I guess. I will give them another chance, despite their fish not being exciting, their tofu roll and teriyaki are worth walking by for a visit. A sushi place should have good fish, but what can you do? Come for the fish, stay for the teriyaki.

The sushi is great and the service is very friendly. However the prices are kind of high and the portions are kind of low
