I wish there were MORE stars to award! In this day and age of non existent customer service, this place ranks superior in it’s field. This place literally saved the day for my family when lousy Fedex dropped the ball. This is a company that clearly gets what good customer service is all about, going above and beyond in coming to my daughter’s rescue on her graduation weekend. Friendly, efficient, caring and generous with their service, I will always remember how kind and considerate they were to us when we thought we had no options to turn to. Please use the MAIL SHOPPE and tell them the Burton Family sent ya!

Easy in, easy out, and helpful employees who care about the business— I might never go to a FedEx again.
This place is a little improvised; it feels like someone started a shipping business in their living room, repurposed a whiteboard for the price list, and started doing tons of business. The speed and care are truly off the chart for this industry— they actually know you have choices and want return customers.

The guys who work here are super friendly and fast. I’ve shipped a laptop and they were great about figuring out what kind of packaging I needed to protect it. I also (more often than not) drop in my prepaid UPS packages to put in their pile and they are always so, so nice about it!

I just returned from this place in preparation for a cross-​country move sans car or moving truck and the Mail Shoppe made my life incredibly easy. I am so grateful! I arrived with two boxes haphazardly packed to the gills and the staff patiently assisted me by repacking each item, including dozens of annoyingly fragile knick knacks. Such good service and such a good deal!

These guys do offer the very best customer service. They can look between USPS Priority or UPS to find you the cheapest and fastest rate. They can even help with packaging if you need something and do not charge extra for the service only for materials. I have an online shop and ship often. I prefer going to them over the post office. They do not offer standard/​parcel post which is the only thing that sends me back to the post office.

The best customer service in town! I live close by so they even came to pick up my UPS boxes for shipping which was a GREAT help! Everyone at the store is always cheerful and helpful and you never have to wait to be attended to.

I’ve always walked past this and gandered as it’s a mail room in an old house, complete with front porch, and so simply decided to give it a go one day.
Holy cow I was in and out in a minute! When ever I’ve gone to the post office I’ve always had to wait a bit in line but here I literally walked to the counter, handed over my stuff, and walked out. The staff was helpful, the interior a whole lot cleaner than I expected, and the shoppe took care of both US Mail and UPS shipping. What could be better?
