The people here are unfriendly, unhelpful, and arrogant people. I have tolerated them for the last time. I will not go back.

I’ve visited this location about four times in the past six months for different work-​related projects. I’m a very easy to please person, but this FedEx location just can’t get it right. First of all, every time I have been to this store it takes at least five minutes (and I’m not exaggerating) for an employee to notice me standing at the counter. Today, for instance, I walked straight in to the counter to pick up an order and three employees were behind the counter. There was only one other customer in the store besides me, and he was simply browsing. None of the employees greeted me, told me it would be a minute, or anything of that nature. I just stood there waiting while they continued to work on their various projects behind the counter (none of which seemed urgent). Finally I said something along the lines of «Um hello? Are any of you able to help me?» and finally one of the workers paused what they were doing. They were quite rude to me during the whole process (as were the workers I’ve dealt with in the past and people I’ve spoken to on the phone at this location).
Most importantly, this FedEx is not very good at getting print jobs right. I had a very simple training manual that I had sent to this location to print and bind. There was only one trick to the job (I wanted the cover page to display only the first slide of my presentation with the rest of the training manual at 2 slides per page). I explained the job very clearly in my notes on the order, explained it to the worker on the phone (who assured me he knew exactly how to complete the job), and to a second worker on the phone (who also assured me it would be completed correctly). I showed up today and they had printed two slides on the cover page (exactly what I told them not to do). Thankfully they reprinted the job with no charge to me, however I needed these booklets done at a specific time and was forced to wait an extra half day for the job to complete.
Overall I’m very displeased with the level of expertise and customer service here. I’m not a picky person but I would definitely suggest going elsewhere.

The manager is fantastic, but the other employees are incredibly rude.

Worst location ever! Came in at 1050 PM when they guy said they are open. By the time I single handedly unloaded all my giant heavy boxes and brought them in it was 1056 PM and the guy tells me we cannot process these as we close in 2 mins! Worst service ever!

Came here to print out 10 pages for a poster presentation. Not sure why she required I take my flash drive off my keychain, but that was the situation. She seemed to be very moody, which didn’t allow for a very pleasant interaction.
Anyway, two of my ten pages were printed poorly. Apparently their paper was creased so two pages I printed had a big white streaks running through what was supposed to be colored pages.
I didn’t notice this until after I had left. so here’s a TIP for you Unilocalers: check your prints before leaving!

Went to scan some documents to email today. The staff was very nice and offered to walk us through step by step on what we were doing.
We told them our goal and the guy first suggested that we buy a Zip drive for them to put our documents on. After telling him there was no way that was going to happen, THEN he told us we could use the computers attached to scanners in the corner. If they get paid commission, at least he tried. Well played, kinko guy.
15 minutes on the computer was $ 6.50. Kinda expensive but majorly worth it.
Short and simple, I will gladly come back when I need to. I had an overall good experience.

The whole team there is generally quite friendly and helpful, but Markus the manager truly shines both as a person and the leader of the store. He _​always_​has a positive, can-​do attitude, he takes great pride in his work, he has great attention to detail, and is focused on customer satisfaction.
I had business cards made there last week, and they messed them up and without hesitation they reprinted them at no cost to my business. The second time they came back the cards still weren’t quite right, but the argument could have been made that we messed them up (the design file) and not FedEx. Instead of being jerks about it and arguing with us, they took responsibility AND had the delivery rushed so that we could have our cards in time for our important meetings at the end of the week. They also called me when the order was in, called me to work on the graphics, and even spoke to our designer via Skype off of my laptop to make sure everything was 100%.
They truly went above and beyond what I would have expected, and for that they will get my business and recommendations well into the future.
