I was impressed today by a member of the staff here named Sam at the front desk.
I have an injured shoulder and Sam offered me assistance above what was required, and with a smile! Excellent customer service skills! Also, when I offered a gratuity, she declined and wished I had a good day, which I have! Thank You, Samantha!

I just got back into town after being gone for months and one of the first things I did was to call Tricho’s to make an appointment with Sonya but to my horror they told me she is no longer there! Help!!!

Juli Fox at Tricho is consistently extraordinary.
She is confident about her skill; LISTENS to what I need; and has done a magical job of covering some wicked gray hair.
I would sing her praises to anyone looking for a hairdresser who is professional; not overly chatty; confident; genius with color; and available evenings.
The salon itself is a little noisy; high traffic; and maybe not the most posh salon I’ve been in. Having Juli do my hair and have it come out spot on every time makes it well worth the cost and the noise :)

Yelena is the most amazing nail tech around. She is a perfectionist and my toes always look wonderful when she is done. Go see her to get ready for bare toe weather.
