McDonald’s

Any McDonald’s has trouble getting orders right all the time. But almost every time? Seriously? Whether we are eating in or getting drive-​thru, we have to check the order closely, because there is usually a problem. It could be putting pickles on a no pickles burger. It could be interpreting a ‘plain cheeseburger’ as hamburger. OK, those can be oversights, but if you try to get fancy, things completely fall apart. Friends from where I grew up have been staff and managers at various McDonald’s. They described having to get special orders correct for people sent from headquarters. There are also blogs and magazine articles that talk about ‘off the menu’ items. I thought I would try a special order once – something simple – a Big Mac with quarter pound burgers. I’m still not sure what I got, because it was neither. Er go, apparently this is much too complicated for the staff.
However, the all time biggest problem is that the managers do not seem to care. For example, one night when my wife picked up a Double Quarter Pounder for me at the drive-​thru it was a single quarter pounder in double quarter pounder box. I drove two minutes back and asked for a new one asking for a new one and telling the manager that my other food was at home getting cold. At first, it looked like the guy in the back was just going to put a second burger on the one I brought back – it turned out that he was just staring blankly at a burger patty. When I got the new burger, it was lukewarm, though properly prepared (i.e. no onion). When all was said and done, I was expecting a free fries, a discount, or even coupons because I had to drive all the way back and had expressed that my food was getting cold at home. However, the manager offered me nothing.
Indeed, other problems abound too. Often the floor is dirty. The men’s room usually smells like one at a interstate exit gas station. Frequently, it is difficult to communicate with the workers at the register. Basically, the place has gotten worse over the years that I gone here.
The worst part is that the franchisee and management don’t really seem to care. I have made complaints before, and even panned the wrong store when I was trying to write a negative review. If you can, go to a different McDonald’s.

I can only speak for the morning crew in the drive-​thru because that is all I have experienced so far…
I stop by maybe 2 times a week on my way to work and have never spent more than 2 or 3 minutes in the drive-​thru and my order is always right. The egg and cheese bagel I get is always yummy and made well. I usually will get a mocha as well and it’s always made right. I’ve been to other McDonald’s before and I’m either spending 10 minutes in the drive-​thru or my order is never right. With that being said, I appreciate the morning crew here!

Once in awhile this particular location is on point. But it’s only once in a very great while. I’m travelling out of state and have to be somewhere by a specific time. I’ve currently wasted 35 minutes on a simple, albeit large (were a family of 8), breakfast order. 3 of the 8 were wrong and 1 was completely missing. My husband went back in to get it corrected and it was STILL wrong. Third time they finally got it right.

This place is awful! Go out of your way to a different McDonalds. There were stringy pieces of who knows what coming from the burgers.
Oh, and the best part… Check the picture of the human feces left on the floor in the bathroom. If that’s not enough to turn you away, I don’t know what is.
Yuck. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I stopped in few mcdonalds stores on road trips and nothing was horrible, but this place out-​low every place else I saw. I stopped here for a rescue coffee late past midnight after I saw a sign saying 24 hrs. When I entered I saw trash not only filled up but even on the floor, flies on tables because of left uncleaned delicious mcdonalds mustard and ketchup! Imagine that now! Exactly! Bathroom has 5 flies on the toilet seat and the rest are down the other room, remember? The dining tables? when got closer to the counter I saw fries on the floor and staff walking inside stepping over it! Who the fuck steps over food! Exactly it is mcdonalds employees.
Look, I grossed you enough and I know you’all thankful no pics I uploaded.
Ps, word of advice, if you bring your kids here, you are are responsible for the mess and dirt left behind them at home, in their room and the kitchen, because if you can sit and eat inside here, you can not do any better. Bön Appétit gotta go home and shower. I think I got AIDS already :/

McDonald’s is supposed to be the ol’ faithful of fast food. Well! Not this McDonald’s!
Super slow service. Lotsa people. Uh, hello! *snap, snap* Worse, it was in the morning where apparently people are supposed to be full of energy.

I stopped by this McD’s around 0945 on Saturday (Feb 4^th) and immediately left! There were lines of people ordering and waiting inside and the drive thru line was backed up. No food, folks, and fun at McDonald’s for me that morning! The nearby 7 – 11 came to my rescue with 2 pigs-​in-​the-​blanket and coffee.

Check your order before leaving drive through. There is almost always something wrong. Never had a problem with the food tasting funny. It is McDonald’s, what were you expecting? Just get my order right.

Came here today for lunch with my Wife. She got the Crispy Chicken Southwest Salad, while I got the Chicken Club Combo. We get our food and sat down. The Lime that came with my Wife’s Salad as going bad, and the Chicken looked burnt. the same with my Chicken, and the Fries were either warm or cold depending on which one I was eating.
There was a funny taste to the Spread that was on my Sandwich along with Cheese that was on it. The Fries tasted funny as well. It was like the Fries and the Chicken were cooked in old Oil, because the oil must not of been changed in quite some time.
We left after we finished eating, and headed over to Giant to get a couple of things. We started to feel sick after we were inside Giant, and still not feeling too well right now. Had to use the bathroom a couple of times once we got home, and my Wife is in there right now as well.
Will not be coming back here ever again until they do something about keeping up with the proper procedures on keeping the food fresh and keeping the kitchen clean and practice food and cooking safery!

this McDonals is the WORST! The drive-​thru is extreemly slow and the food tastes funny. The mcmuffin’s are not toasted enough and the buns don’t taste fresh either.
OH— I have a 2 year old who loves straws. I asked for an extra straw the other day and you would have thought I said «stick ‘em up». I got the straw but she wasn’t happy giving it to me. sad, I now go out of my way to go to the McDonalds on Backlick (going towards Springfield)

We have visited this McDonald’s almost every single day for the past year. Every day, we are one of their first customers. We go thru the drive thru and order a mocha coffee drink and a large coffee. I do throw in a twist and order my mocha with no whipped cream or choc sauce… but still, same employees, same exact order, 5 times a week for a year… they still can’t correctly fill this order in under 6 mins. At least twice a week they mess up one or both drinks.
This past week, we waited for 10 mins to have the employee tell us that the night before, they had put the wrong mix in the machine and she didnt know how to fix it.
I officially give up on this crap excuse for a McDonalds. We are now going 10 mins out of our way for coffee every morning.

The food is generally good, however the Cherry pies are almost always bad… overcooked… and/​or old. You end up buying two in hopes of a good one and most time both are bad. If you go through the drive-​thru make sure to request napkins or you won’t get them.
