Wow, I was not expecting a bar to have good food. This place definitely surprised me and now I’m definitely a fan. We came because one of my friends frequently comes here for the food(yes, food not drinks!) My friends and I shared Duk Bokki(korean spicy rice cakes) and some Tang Soo Yuk(korean sweet and sour pork). All of us loved the food! It comes in pretty generous portions that 2 – 3 people could definitely share. The 6 of us killed both dishes. The waiters were nice to us(but it def helps if you have a number of koreans with you of course) They’re great at getting you lots of beer and soju, which is more reasonably priced than a lot of places on friday/saturday nights. And they gave my friend a free birthday shot =)

I remember this place being Nul Bom, but it’s still good as Section Two. They have cheap pitchers of beer, good soju, and those awesome service buttons at your table like at Café Noir. The place must only serve guys because there were no girls there early on a Friday night.

used to frequent this joint but no more. your typical korean ajussi bar although there are young immature kids that come by as well. decked out girls stand behind the bar and they don’t really make drinks — i’d keep it simple and stick to beer and straight shots rather than asking for any kind of mixed drink. the food is all right — nothing to write home about but half decent. if you’re a guy and you go there the girl bartenders will try to get you to buy them drinks so they can increase sales and their tip. if you’re drunk or close to it they’ll start their sweet talk and try to get you to buy them more and more. watch out.

I was surprised that this place actually had good food! It’s more of a bar and its owners are in cahoots(or they also own) the Karaōke place, Café U&I close by. I know, since one time my party of 20 were looking for a decent place to have a snack before we sung our lungs out and the karaōke owner led us by the hand over there… They have this crazy asian/latin style«pizza”-like dish that had cheese and corn. Although strange, it was really good! Their Oujino Bokuem(spicy squid) is perhaps some of the best in Northern Virginia. It’s also prepared very artistically with little noodle portions on each corner of the dish. A hidden gem that’s great for sharing. Their Soju smells just right… like gasoline. The service was really great every time i’ve been there. Two microphones up!

This is a cozy bar but it’s not very busy. That’s the only knock I have on it. Service is fine and the food my date and I ordered tasted great, and I have no complaints about the food in the past either. Just wish the atmosphere was a bit better, but I guess you have to come on the weekend for that at this place.

A nice Korean bar. Nice/friendly bartenders, and they make good cocktails. :) One thing so funny was that they put so much mint leaves. lol
