Bottom Line: Certainly not a shopping and dining mecca but this average shopping center is an a-ok place to visit if one of its retail spaces is on your list of places to visit. A long time ago Annapolis Harbour Center was the hip place to go. But that was before the Annapolis Mall revamp of 2007 and way before Annapolis Town Center opened in 2008. Now Annapolis Harbour Center is the«B List» shopping plaza of Annapolis. There is nothing wrong with Habour Center, it just doesn’t have great restaurants(very few actually) or my favorite stores. It does have a movie theater but one that is now considered no-frills and decades old. Other Unilocalers have mentioned traffic patterns here can be a little nutty. My biggest issue is that drivers fail to recognize the crosswalks and stop for pedestrians in the cross walks.

The customer service that I experienced at this Ulta location was unsatisfactory. I frequented this location to purchase a few beauty items, such as an eyebrow pencil, and lip stain. When I was browsing the store for the brand of products that I prefer, I noticed that they were completely out of stock of all of the eyebrow pencils of that brand. I had to «hunt» down a sales representative just to inquire if there were more in stock in the back. When I addressed my concern with the sales representative, she was very hostile and unwelcoming. She stormed to the stock room and told me that there were no products in the back, and failed to tell me when the next shipment would be received. I then asked if Ulta carried a similar product in their line, in which she walked me over to a counter and opened a very disorganized draw of Ulta beauty products and told me to search through for what I was looking for. I was very disappointed in the service I received. I unfortunately left the store without making a purchase. I will not be returning to this store in the future.

There are plenty of shopping opportunities in Annapolis. Downtown offers quint shops. And with Annapolis Mall and the Annapolis Town Center, this shopping center may find it difficult to stay around. But they do. Many shops and come and gone. I use to shop here more but with EMS moving to the mall and Tower Records gone, I find myself coming here less. The Healthy Back store is a cool stop even if you don’t have back problems(but likely will as you grow older). I guess I’ll stop by once in a while.

For myself, this location desire is fair at best, and is set up perfectly fine. Shops like Verizon Wireless, Starbucks, Barns and Noble, Nordstrom Rack and about 12+ more store located in this outdoor shopping center. You may also be interested in dining here, it is limited but good eats. TGI Friday’s, Farmers Market, Lebanese Taverna, and the fresh market. There is/was a Movie theater on this property, it was never busy and generally avoidable. As referenced in other reviews, navigating at times may be difficult depending on your fellow motorists. The location is set up fine, it’s an oval, which has traffic running into and out from it’s center.(A little tip, this helped me a lot when I worked here, driving on the outside of the shopping center allows you to travel easier and faster, there really is just about the same amount of stop signs either way you travel)

Navigating through this shopping center can be a little chaotic. So come at a non-peak time and bring some extra patience. Don’t come with a car full of cranky kids who need to go to the bathroom. You’ll pull your hair out. This place has some great stores so don’t dismiss it too quickly… Barnes and Nobles Starbucks Nordstrom Rack Stillridge — home decorations Fresh Market — grocery store almost like Whole Foods PA Dutch Farmers Market(open Thur — Sat) Lebanese Taverna Café Verizon — full service center South Moon Under Ulta — cosmetics and bath Cloud 9 Clothing
