Nail Touch

I don’t know what these other raters are complaining about. I’ve been coming here every month for the past 3 years. The ladies/​gents who work here do a great job, every time. There are always chick flicks playing on the TV screens to help the time go by. It’s a great job at a great price.

The techs were super nice and friendly. The place seemed clean. My biggest issue was that the paint started chipping away that night. By day 2, every single nail was peeling. I did not do any activities to cause the chipping so I’m assuming that they used too much paint thinner in their polishes.

Very rude! I’ve been here before and have received average service; however needed a manicure while in town visiting family. I went here in a pinch on a Sunday around 4:15PM and requested a pedi/​mani. Understanding they close at 5:00PM, most salons would have more than accommodating (I would have also be generous in tip for the few minutes they had to stay, if an issue). They rudely told me they only had time for a manicure and did a very mediocre job at that. I will no longer use this salon.

Rude, filthy & unprofessional with 0 concept of customer service or retention. I went here in a pinch, but won’t be returning. Poor quality.

Mediocre. Was greeted, picked color, then the woman trimmed my nails and cuticles with as much interest or care as most people give to sorting laundry. Manicure was below average – bubbles in the paint, smeared on cuticles a bit. Drying station a joke – fans under the table barely blowing. Not even acknowledged when I left. Will probably not return when there are many excellent nail places in Annapolis.

Good colors. Good price. Massage chairs were nothing special and def worse then others I have been to. But they had great service and were able to take me and my 3 girl friends for pedicures right away

I really enjoyed my first experience at Nail Touch. My boss had recommended them to me so I thought I would stray away from my normal nail place and try a different one. I am extremely particular when it comes to my nails and I was nervous. The guy there was very nice and quick to assist me. They are all well trained professionals. I didn’t get the name of the woman who gave me my fabulous manicure and pedicure but she was amazing! Everyone was very kind and attentive. The woman who did my nails was very thorough and took her time, which is very important in this kind of business. She did not rush and really did her best work. I got a gel manicure, and a pedicure. Both look great! I will be coming back for sure. The only flaw I found while there, was that they do not have complimentary scrubs for your hands and feet. Every other nail salon I have been do does some form of scrub then lotion, while this place skipped that and went right to the lotion. That is the only improvement they need to make. Although, the complimentary hot towels which trapped in the moisture of the lotion was very nice. The facility was very clean and their services are well priced. So happy with my experience and that I found a great new nail place that actually cares!
