I went here regularly and they’re friendly and do a decent job. However I’m in the market for a new dry cleaner for a few reasons: 1) my clothes have a strong scent once dry cleaned here, 2) they can not tailor very well 3) they’re over priced. To elaborate… my clothes always came back with an extremely strong floral or perfume smell. To the point where I had to air them out before I could stand wearing them. I even requested that they add no perfume or use non scent whatever they use. I was told«we don’t use scents, we are all organic.» I don’t know what«organic» dry cleaning means and why that equates to «no scent» but I’m not convinced. Secondly my boyfriend had a suit jacket tailored here before and they are«expert tailors». After tailoring the jacket really didn’t fit as well as we hoped and there didn’t seem like there was anything else we could have done. It’s just ashame we couldn’t have a jacket tailored well. Lastly it was crazy expensive and we complained on the quality and price and got no where.

I’m new to the neighborhood and started using this dry cleaners for convenience. First they are extremely overpriced, I spend $ 60-$ 75 a week on dry cleaning. I stopped in to pick up my dry cleaning right at closing one evening and was treated very rudelywhen I attempted to pay with a $ 100 bill that had just come out of the ATM next-door. I won’t go back.

I like this cleaners. Generally they like a few days turn around, but on occasion they will rush clothes for me. They always get the stains out of our clothes, although it may take a few days. It is totally worth the wait to find out my favorite shirt is in fact NOT ruined. They are usually compliant with my requests to have my clothes cleaned by a particular day, as long as I provide them at least a day and drop off in the morning. The cleaning is expensive but this is the best cleaners I have found around town. My husband has custom made clothes and they need to be cleaned without shrinkage. Also, the tailor on site did a fantastic job letting out some pants that had grown too small. Going to be having some suit coats let out soon as well. As well as the occasional hemming of pants.

Way overpriced. And they should not post that they open at seven am when they consistently don’t even arrive to shop until 7:10 or later. Only reason they stay in business is probably due to convenient proximity to gym and Whole Foods.

I was one of the first customers when ATC opened a few years ago. Every week since their opening I would spend $ 55– 100 on dry cleaning/laundry at ATC. It is unfortunate that you do not ever know about the true character of a business and the ownership until experiencing a problem. I recently picked up $ 65 in dry cleaning to find a high quality shirt with severe thread damage on one sleeve. After returning the shirt immediately to the cleaners, the store manager promised me a call back with resolution in two days. Over one week later, no reply(and I inquired when picking up another $ 57 in dry cleaning). The worker told me that a manager would call back within two hours. Needless to say, a call was never received and I went back to ATC Cleaners. The manager said that she had been too busy to call me and that I should not pressure her for an answer. Further, she said that maybe within 2 –3 more days she would call me. After requesting better customer service and a resolution, she started shouting at me to «be patient» and showed me no respect as a customer that truly has spent thousands of dollars at her dry cleaning business. it is really sad that my only recourse is small claims court and posting on Unilocal for other customers to beware. However, if that is what it takes to get the problem resolved, so be it. BECAREFULOFTHISDRYCLEANERS!!!

I recently had a situation in which I was convinced the Universe was conspiring against me. Long story short, I had on a beautiful new(hadn’t even worn it once!) wool coat and whilst out shopping, a rogue can of pear juice rolled off of a shelf(no one was even near it 0_o), onto the floor and sprayed all over said wool coat, my jeans, leather boots, all into my hair, face… there wasn’t an inch of me that wasn’t covered. Very National Lampoon… laugh…it’s funny… it just wasn’t very funny at the time and it might be awhile before i can chuckle without breaking into a whimper shortly thereafter. Anyway…being an hour from home and obviously in no shape to press on with the day without tending to this mess, I had to research and locate a dry cleaner, asap. I’m new to the area, so it was google to the rescue and ATC Dry Cleaners was the most convenient and most importantly on that day… open. I rushed in, explained what was on the coat, they quoted what I believed to be a very fair price($ 17), and off it went. Ready in just a couple of days(over Christmas mind you), I picked up my order and found that they’d done a wonderful job. *exxxxxhale* Also, since having read reviews of other places, I felt it necessary to add, that when I say ‘fair price’, it may be because I am not someone who has things laundered/dry cleaned regularly and as such, I really can’t comment on ATCs rates otherwise. However what I do know is that in a pinch, I would much rather have a place I can trust that will do a good job vs. getting a ‘bargain’. I’m a firm believer in, you get what pay for.(most of the time) and as far as I’m concerned, ATC provides me with quality service as well as peace of mind.
