Came here for a ladies lunch on Fri, let me say we come here often. No problem w seating a as its lunch, plenty of room. Well menu has changed, the ladies I lunch with, usually order salad. One likes a beef salad that really is an appetizer, usually while not on menu for lunch, chef is willing to make for my friend, nope not today. We all order the house salad, w chicken. I only order the house salad, let me say this was the worse salad I have ever had !!! Yuck ! Wouldn’t serve that to any of my quests ! Chopped iceberg lettuce, tomatoes & black olives ! Only good thing was price $ 5.95, even then it was horrible ! Since I organized this will look for a new restaurant.

Simply Beautiful! Two words that describes Brio Tuscan Grille perfectly! The ambiance, the décor and the overall elegant feel impressed me as soon as I entered. A perfect romantic spot for that special person you want to treat to a fabulous meal. It reminded me of a fancy wedding reception, especially with the white fabric cascading down from the cathedral ceiling. Several large parties were scattered throughout the restaurant, so it could be rather noisy at times. Other than that, I had no complaints. I made reservations because I wasn’t sure if it would be crowded, surprisingly, for a Saturday evening, it wasn’t as packed as I first thought. Our server was very efficient and friendly. He checked on us regularly and made a few suggestions for us. Since I’m not eating pasta at the present time,(I clearly have to come back to get some pasta when I can), I ordered the crab and shrimp crusted salmon with quinoa and roasted vegetables. Absolutely delicious and very filling. My dinner date had the shrimp and crab pasta and he loved it. A wonderful dinning experience that went above and beyond my expectations. Once this«no pasta» phase ends, I’ll be high tailing it back to try out one of the many pasta dishes. I’m a HUGE fan of this place!

My friend and I decided to try Brio Tuscan Grille because we were in the mood for Italian. We went a little before 6pm on a Saturday night and luckily did not have to wait for a table. We were a party of three, my two year old daughter was with us. Our waitress came up to our table and introduced herself shortly after we were seated. She asked if this was our first time, which is was. After placing our order, the manager came and greeted our table with a free app since it was our first time. We tried the Roasted Red Pepper Bruschetta. The presentation was great and it was very tasty. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan for my daughter, I had the Pasta BRIO, and my friend ordered the Pesto Pasta. The Brio and Pesto were very good. The portion size was great. We both finished our entire meal. I took away a star because of my daughter’s chicken parmesan. It looked awful. I was expecting a chicken breast, instead she got three chicken strips. I have ordered her chicken parmesan at other Italian restaurants and this was my first time seeing chicken strips. I was not a fan and neither was my daughter. She did not eat it. They also served it with pasta but instead of a red marinara sauce it was alfredo. It looked like it was served with a side of mac and cheese. We will be returning but I will not be ordering the chicken parmesan.

Whomever is leaving comments calling this statement false, you’re wrong. And I have a date and description of the waiter. This is being handled by management.

Went to Brio because Maggianos had a two hour wait and I wanted Italian. Upon arriving we were Greeted by the friendly hostesses and led to a table near the kitchen. The restaurant is bright airy and open with a classic bistro feel. My best friend and I both ordered the Strawberry Fresca and it was delicious. We had the chopped salad which was fresh and lightly dressed. The sous chef was friendly and came over and chopped it up with my kid, she felt special. I ordered the cheese pizza from the kids meal for her and it was huge! She loved it! My friend ordered the seafood ravioli and really enjoyed it, so much so that she ordered one to go for her mom! I had the lasagna and honestly was not impressed. It was okay, just not my flavor. I am not docking any stars for that. I am not a fan of Alfredo and that is what was on the lasagna. I would go to Brio again and look forward to it!

Really loved this place! I stopped here for a late dinner on a business trip and it was very reasonably priced and the food was great. I got the lobster ravioli and shrimp and it was a perfect portion size. A bit of a kick and great flavor. I do wish they had some small plate choices and side salads should not be extra.

Came on a stormy weekday night so was seated right away. The server was very pleasant and described many of the selections to us. I decided on the Shrimp and Crab cakes. They were pretty tasty and filling, just enough(not enough for leftovers) I also tried the Eggplant shrimp app, which I enjoyed as well. The highlight of my meal was the Raspberry Mojito! I live for a good Mojito and Brio did not disappoint.

I really enjoyed the food here. I’m gluten free and they had a decent gluten free menu which included PASTA! I couldn’t believe it. The service was quick and we enjoyed the meal. I had grilled salmon, vegetables, mashed potatoes… And for dessert i had crème brûlée. Everything was excellent.

Customer service: 0⁄10 Food: 4⁄10 A really terrible experience, with an extremely unprofessional, rude, and racist manager who treated us poorly. I would never come here again. I dine in many Italian restaurants in the area, and am a restaurant blogger part time, and this has been the worse experience I’ve ever had. Go to Maggiano’s, and Carpaccio’s Tuscan Kitchen if you want better. I took my niece(who dines here regularly) out to Brio for her 21st birthday, along with my wife, hoping to have a good experience. Every table around us was immediately given a basket of bread, and glasses of water. The server never brought us out any bread, and never gave us any refills for water. When we politely asked for some bread and for my food to be boxed up, the server asked the manager to come to our table to do this. Can the server not handle this themselves? Was that too much to ask? And this is when the experience got weird. Towards the end of the meal, when we paid for the bill and were about to leave, the manager came abruptly to our table, confronted my niece, and in a condescending way asked us, «DOYOUPEOPLEWANTANYMOREBREAD!!!» All the tables around us were served with respect and dignity. We were insulted. Looking around, there were no other minorities in the restaurant. We were the one table that was discriminated against, and can’t help but think that we were subjected to racism. Several of my Black, Asian and Latino American friends have also told me personally they were treated unfairly in this restaurant too. They were also ignored and not given water or help when asked. Racism has no place in a restaurant. This is not the 1950s. This place used to be a quality location — it’s going down hill, and I will write to every blog and tell every person in my restaurant network about this very unprofessional, rude experience. If the manager of Brio reads this, message me back, and let’s have a serious conversation about your poor customer service.

Had a very enjoyable dining experience with friends. The food was all perfectly prepared and delicious! Our waitress, Becka, was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Also had a great conversation with the manager, Bob, who stopped by to check on things. Bottom line — go to Brio Annapolis and you will not be disappointed! BTW — They also have an excellent happy hour!

Been here three times so far. Food is great service is prompt. I always make sure to get a reservation in before going so I never have to wait long to be seated. For those with gluten intolerance they do offer a gluten free menu. Their wine and beer selection is fairly nice too.

Boy does Brio serve a good Beef Carpaccio dish! The beef is fresh and sliced thinly. The capers added the acidity, the arugula was seasoned and fresh. The dish was topped with mustard aioli and shaved parmesan. Definitely my favorite restaurant for beef carpaccio. Wasn’t a fan of their pasta dish, but I’m not a big pasta fan to begin with. Would be cool if they added a white truffle pasta to their menu: D Service is great! A dog friendly restaurant too!(sitting outside of course) Free parking at a huge parking lot across the street.

Bottom Line: One of the nicer Italian dining experiences in Annapolis. Although Brio is a chain Italian restaurant, it is significantly better, in my opinion than any of the other Italian chains. The inside is classy, kinda fancy and service is top notch. Additionally, your taste buds(and occasionally your wallet) can tell that they use high end ingredients. The chocolate coated mints by the door are always a nice way to finish a meal here. Brio is a large restaurant so it can be a tad loud when it is a full house for a weekend dinner but I love having quiet weekend lunches here. Also, I think they can section off parts of the restaurant for private parties so that is nice. In addition to the restauraunt there is a bar. Located in the Annapolis Towne Centre, the parking options here are to either walk to the restaurant from one of the parking garages down the way(or a street spot if you get lucky) or to valet. There is not a parking lot or garage close to Brio.

Brio. Never been, seen it around and what not. Thought it might be cool. I was invited out for a gathering of sorts with the opposite sex, so why not. Located in the large plaza in Annapolis, quite easy to spot, valet is available and plenty of garage parking. Once inside, the interior is pretty neat; from the draping of the fabric and what not. The seating areas that are separated by the large curtains and such. I dug. It has a nice little feel to it. Pretty spacious, but rather empty for a Saturday eve. Anywho, on to the food. For an appetizer, we tried the calamari, a large portion, with two sauces, a marinara and a aioli. Y’all should know how I feel about aioli so that didn’t happen but the marinara was pretty good. The calamari itself tasted on par with what I have had before. No complaints. For dinner, I had the grilled salmon fresca. This consisted of salmon, asparagus, roasted sweet potatoes, spinach, and other veggies, there was a pesto sauce too. Lemme tell you how I loved this dish. I have recently changed some of my eating habits, and this totally fit into what they are. I didn’t feel guilty, nor did I feel like I was cheating by eating this meal. It was a nice sized portion, but not too much. I was satisfied, not stuffed. The flavors were excellent, and the veggies weren’t overdone. I’d come back, I’d like to try the HH, as I heard it is pretty good…

I think I expected more out of Brio then was probably fair, but that’s not to say it wasn’t a decent experience. I’ve been here a couple of times now and have never had a negative experience, I can say for certain. The location is convenient, as Annapolis has so much to offer, and it’s tucked back in a cute corner of the Towne Center, giving it a nice, charming appearance. I’ve sat both inside and outside, and both are pleasant, as is the staff. The food, to me, has been just ok. I think by its appearance and ambiance, I expect to be more impressed, but again, that’s just me. Each time I’ve been, I’ve gotten a different pasta dish, each was alright. Presented nicely, but with neither an exciting nor bland taste. I’d say on-par with Tuscan-inspired food, I probably enjoyed the flat bread you get before your meal more so than anything, it’s great. Portions are large, that’s a plus I suppose if you like leftovers. All in all, this is a viable option if you’re in the area with an urge for Tuscan cuisine, but you’ve probably had better.

It was my first time here, and we came for a bridal shower. We were in a curtained-off section of the restaurant, which made the party feel intimidate, but not isolated. We could not hear the other patrons in the restaurant. Let me start with the service. Marshall, our waiter, was on point! He was ten steps ahead of us. We never had to ask for refills or new silverware. He offered great drink and meal choices. And always had a smile on his face. Granted, he was serving a group of about 30 ladies… but he was a complete professional.(Marshall gets 5 stars. Thanks for all the Arnold Palmers!) The food was also good. There was a fixed menu for the party, so we got a garden salad and I chose pasta carbonara(minus the bacon). The pasta dish was hot, well seasoned, and tasty. I would definitely come back to try options from the full menu.

Back to Brio but in Annapolis, near the town’s mall and other shopping places. Parking –free is plenty in the Whole Foods Market indoor garage. It has valet, too unlike Brio’s Baltimore. That’s what I like about this branch is the parking situation. The restaurant interior looks luxurious and extravagant; you will notice like you are in Titanic ship and the design has similarity to The Cheesecake Factory restaurant. When you are in this Brio’s, make sure you to look for the nice lady manager or she will stop by to greet you. The service is warm and immediate. I think Brio’s business is build in making sure that customers are getting the friendly attention. I definite will frequent here.

Move over Carrabba’s… Way over! This place is heaven. I had the Shrimp and Lobster Fettuccine, my wife had crab & shrimp cakes and my son had pepperoni pizza. Everything was delicious and wholesome. I could only get 1⁄3 the way through the dish before being stuffed. I did save room for dessert! My son had strawberry cheesecake shooter and I had the bread pudding. Yummmmm-me! The service is top notch for this mid-level type restaurant. I felt well taken care of and the service was attentive. I love a restaurant when the manager asks me how my meal was and how I am doing. I’ll be back here soon!

First, let me say that I LOVE the Brio chain of restaurants, but this particular Brio is just bad. I much prefer the Brio at Tyson’s Corner or Baltimore, which is unfortunate because this Brio is the closest one to my house. I’ve been to this Brio at least 5 times in the last 2 years and this location just keeps getting worse. The service is just plain terrible. Every time we have visited, it takes almost 15 minutes for a waiter to come over to the table to introduce themselves and take drink orders. They disappear for another 15 minutes and finally come back. By this time we already know what we want to eat, order, and they never come back to check on us until the food is ready to be served. I’m not sure why this Brio feels that their staff does not need to check in on their diners or act in a more prompt and courteous manner. The food is okay, but to me it doesn’t seem up to Brio’s standards. The calamari here is always on the«undercooked» side, not crispy, and appears to be «thrown» on the plate. Brio’s calamari is my favorite calamari out of many restaurants, but this location always screws it up. The entrees here are okay, but never amazing. I recently dined at this location on Saturday, 11⁄15. Upon arriving, we were rudely told that large parties had taken over the dining room for the evening and they were no longer accepting walk ins. We were told to either sit in the«heated» terrace or squeeze in at the bar. The bar was filled to capacity, so we were off to the terrace. I knew we should have left, but we went to the«heated» terrace. The terrace was FREEZING. Yes, there were heat lamps, but I shivered my way through dinner, did not order a cocktail because it was too cold to drink, and left with numb feet and a cold nose. Not necessarily the dining experience I was looking to have. I believe only 1 or 2 waiters were working the terrace, so service was TERRIBLY slow. I think we waited over 20 minutes for bread to come to the table, another 20 for our salads to come out, etc. Our waiter was really nice and I could see he was in over his head, definitely not his fault at all. Perhaps the management could have helped him out or expedited the process? Overall, next time I have a craving for Brio, I’ll be making the 45 – 60 minute trek to Tyson’s or Baltimore. I’m done with Annapolis!
