Good food. sat outside there was a grand view. Got the banana rolls for dessert –absolutely superb. Lo mein could use more flavor.

Hmmm… not sure what’s good about this overpriced american type food. The sweet & sour chicken did not taste anything like sweet & sour should. It took forever for the food which was WAY under proportionate in size especially for the price. The«eggrolls» dripped with grease. Overall Disgusting. …better food experience at a fast food chain.

Food was tasty. The soup was served same time as appetizer and both were warm but not served hot. The Price Fixe option offers 4-course menu with a good variety of selections. The orange crispy beef had real orange pieces in it; very good. The negative surprise was the«suggested gratuity» on the bottom of the check that exceeded the actual $$ calculation of what 10% or 15% would be in dollars/cents. Apparently neither the waitress nor the manager had ever seen this miscalculation before and tried to justify the rationale for these«incorrect suggestions». This is very misleading and presumptuous by the restaurant and NOT customer friendly.

Greenbean side dish had good flavor and were the right ‘crisp’, but were very greasy. Orange shrimp dinner didn’t really have orange flavor and was very bland. The shrimp were very, very small. It was like a fast food Chinese meal from Panda Express. I would have been ok if it cost the Panda Express price, say $ 8, but I felt very ripped off as the shrimp dinner alone(not including other items, delivery, or tax) was $ 23.00 through Foodler. For $ 23, I expected jumbo shrimp. Chocolate cake was very good and portion size was adequate considering high price. Driver was courteous and provided very good delivery service.

I used to really like PF Changs in Annapolis, but it is not as good as it once was. The took the Moo Goo Gai Pan off the menu which had been one of my favorites. The service has gone down hill. Our server made us box up our own food and I later watched her box another table’s food up. We were also seated near a large party and we just didn’t get much attention as a result. I think that the prices have gone up and the service has gone down over time. I get the impression that other people realize that it’s gone down hill as well because it isn’t nearly as crowded as it used to be either. I wasn’t impressed with my last visit and I won’t be going back any time soon.

Absolutely love the crab wontons & the shrimp fried rice! The shrimp fried rice can be shared with 2 – 3 people. Was very selfish with my wontons.

Smh. Knew I would back. Ordered the Kung Pao chicken. Chicken, celery, peanuts, hot peppers. Chicken was rubbery. Celery, 3 – 4THIN slivers as pictured, and some tiny peanuts. Smh. Ughh. $ 16 for this??? Like I said in my other review as this is an update. Nothing but below average food. Expensive buffet food. But buffet food probably has the edge. Smh. Terrible. Just as I said. I’d be back in. And guess what else. Menu change!!! Again! If it IS broke fix it,(or try to). Lol. Guess they know the menu is terrible. So many changes to the menu… I don’t even care about this place anymore. I refuse to come back here ever, I don’t care who asks!!! PF Chang’s management: increase food quality, be consistent, and ask people how their meal was. I would tell you if you asked.

Went there on 1÷29÷2016. Im not big on Chinese cuisine but wanted to try something different; of course I have heard many people talk about this place in the past. We we seated just about as soon as we entered. I think the waiters name was Matt — he was very friendly and informative regarding the menu — since he inquired if we had been there before. So we started off with the lobster/avocado rolls. They were very tasty — no complaints. For our entrees I ordered the salt and pepper shrimp, he ordered hunan shrimp(which was not on the menu — they have hunan fish but were willing to substitute it!!) Then we had a small side of aspragus that was a large portion so we split it. Over all my food was ok and he said the same — I think I would go back maybe for lunch.

This use to be one of my favorites! We came in this evening and talk about overkill! They added so many tables our waitress had a hard time getting us our food. The lady at the next table hung her coat on the back of her chair… the hood rested on our table! The manager was nice as we expressed our concerns! Let us know when some tables disappear, we will come back!

Stopped here for late lunch/early dinner today. We were seated right away(really, there were more employees than patrons) and had a really nice server. She was friendly & helpful. I ordered the chilean sea bass(my usual) and coffee. My husband had dynamite shrimp and Mongolian beef. My coffee came out warm, but it tasted, smelled, and looked like it was a few days sitting in the coffee pot. The dynamite shrimp appetizer was great! My sea bass tasted burned, and not just the sea bass; the spinach and soy sauce on the plate also had that flavor. I flipped the bass over and sure enough, burnt on the bottom! So, will I continue to eat at other PF Chang locations, yes, but not this one. The two stars that I gave this location are credited entirely to our server(and our dynamite shrimp helped

We were greeted and seated right away. The patrons at the bar were quite noisy, and sometimes it was hard to hear my dinner companion. The food came quickly and we enjoyed the lettuce wraps, eggplant, and green beans. The spare ribs were«out of this world» GOOD. The portions were ample, more than we could possibly eat at one sitting.

Went with friends to PF Changs today for happy hour and dinner. I had a wonderful experience. Our waiter Julian(jay) was the BEST! He gave great food suggestions and was very knowledgeable about menu selections and what he didn’t know he went and found the answer. He gave excellent customer service and was very patient we us. A storm came while we were there and my friend started to panic but Julian continued to give Awesome service. I would like apologize for rushing him with the checks because we was worried abt the weather. Thanks again Julian for being an excellent representation of what good customer service looks like! !

Food ok. Ambience. so so. Service. ok… If you want to eat chinese food in nice restaurant and pay double, this is it. But, if you know your Asian food., this isn’t a place for you. Just go to local Chinese delivery lol. If you really like beef in a wrap, and gotta have it, go to any Korean Restaurant in Ellicott City, you will find it better and tastier.

This place has gone down hill. I have been going here with my family for years. About four years ago I had hot soup poured over me on accident. My check was paid for and I received 10% off future orders. We continued to come back rarely, but on occasion. We go tonight after cold dumplings and an annoying waiter and a wet fish apology. Safe to say this place is not the same p. f changs it was 5 years ago. And will probably join the walking dead restaurants of Annapolis town center.

Could service be any more indifferent and arrogant? I don’t see how… I went in almost a half hour after opening for carry out and was the only customer at the bar with 3 servers behind. No one said hello or welcome and I finally asked if I was in the right place for carry out. The girl smiled and said yes: I thought this might be a good start, but then… nothing…I finally asked for a menu and the young man handed me one without a word. After deciding on my order, I put the menu down and waited… and waited… the girl had left and the guys were having a conversation. I waited what seemed like forever but was probably more like about 5 minutes. Finally I just got up and left. As I was leaving, the 2 hostesses were chatting and I said«I’ll be back another time when you are not so busy.» They giggled and said«ok» Either they did not get my sarcasm(how could they not — there was only one table of customers in the whole huge place) or they just thought the whole thing was funny – don’t know don’t care. When you turn your business over to twentysomethings who regard customers as an annoyance rather than as critical, this is what you have – a business that no longer has lines out the door, no longer gets the Best of Annapolis Chinese Restaurant Award, and turns away locals like myself who used to eat here several times a month. What do they care if your restaurant goes under? They’ll just find a job at another place to destroy. and on it goes… sad…

This chain first came to be in the mid to late 90’s and revolutionized the casual dining and Chinese food scene at that time. in the early 2000’s I would take clients to the one in Columbia for lunch and it was a welcomed experience. Even when they first opened at the Parole location it was a big hit and we would come and experience long waits. But more recently we find ourselves not coming so much and not only is there never a wait but the clientele is noticeably less upscale. So after not coming here for probably a year we thought we’d give it a try again and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service we got from our server, Desi. We order the value meal for two which included soup(we had egg drop and wanton), lettuce wraps and main dish(I had orange peel chicken which was great and girlfriend had the pad Thai, which was very good), with delicious fried wanton’s for dessert. glad to rediscover our old friend PF Chang’s. We will definitely be back soon!

Went with the family to P.F. Changs tonight. I wasn’t surprised that we got a excellent waitress. I’m accustomed to going to P. F Changs in Columbia, MD and the service there has always been good. We started out with the lettuce wraps and salt and pepper calamari. For dinner I got the prawns, and my lady got Pad Thai. The waitress was very polite and attentive. Food came out in good time, and drinks stayed full. I think this will end up being my go to Changs. I was very impressed. Today I didn’t even have to use my A.K. I gotta say it was a good day!
